It is very close to Vienna Central Station, just steps out of the station. I arrived at the counter at about 12 o'clock and I could already check in. The room was very clean and spacious, and it was very comfortable to stay. I will stay here again next time I go there.

Very good and clean. It's much better than the one in Munich. Clean and sanitary. The location is very close to HBF. It's right outside the station. It's very convenient to stay for two nights. It's not far from anywhere. I went to the Historical Military Museum next to it on the first day.

The counter staff was very friendly and the location was very good.
The restrooms were also very clean.
However, the towels were not filled after cleaning, so I had to request them twice before receiving them.
They did not provide a service for washing used cups, so it felt a bit inconvenient to use cups that were only cleaned with water.
