The hotel is in an excellent location, just across the road from the central train station exit, which is very convenient for travel. The room environment is also good, and the mattress is the best in this trip to Austria.

The counter staff was very friendly and the location was very good.
The restrooms were also very clean.
However, the towels were not filled after cleaning, so I had to request them twice before receiving them.
They did not provide a service for washing used cups, so it felt a bit inconvenient to use cups that were only cleaned with water.
Highly recommended if you stay for one night.

The hotel is just in front of main train station. Easy access . Clean and kind staff. But their wifi had problem so we had to change room .

Hotel is next to the Vienna main station, many restaurants are inside the station so the location is good. But you can hear the noise next to your room easily. Still recommend it
