ウィーンのリング内にはちょっと遠いですが、駅が近めにあるので問題なかったです。
部屋も十分なスペースがありました。
お風呂場に関しては、なぜかシャワー室と洗面室との間に仕切りのカーテンがなかったので、床がびしょ濡れになりましたが、足拭きマットでなんとかなります。
シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープは一つの物を全身に使う感じなので気になる方は持ち込んだ方がいいかと思います。
あと歯ブラシもなかったので持参必須。

We had a fantastic stay in Mocca, we had the family room, it was super comfortable for the 4 of us. Simple decor, clean, warm. Breakfast simple but nice, I loved their staff at the reception and at Breakfast. If you plan to come after 21h, you have to inform the hotel as there is noone there from the staff, and hotel is closed so they leave you the key in a box (all instructions given how to open box with a code) Hotel is located just steps away from the main shopping street with few metro stations and train. Fantastic connections to rest of Vienna

Average hotel. A plus is for sure the position (2 metro stops nearby, bus stop, walkable distance from city center within 30’) and the presence of bars and restaurants. Negative points are for sure the beds and pillows, no air conditioning, the staff is nice and kind but wasn’t really present, blinders let the light in.

Buona posizione, a metà strada tra due linee della metro, buona la colazione, staff disponibile anche nel tenere i bagagli fuori dall'orario check-in. Bagno piccolo e pulito, un po' troppe ragnatele nella stanza e il WiFi non prendeva bene nella nostra camera. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva

Hotel Mocca is situated a few minutes walk from a major shopping street, which is great. It is about 20/25 mins walk into the Main centre of Vienna, with good Train Network (5 mins walk).
The hotel was clean and staff were excellent. The decor was tired and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was very basic. Sausage & Egg, a few other bits. Still tasted good and didnt make a difference to us.
Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Went to Hotel Mocca in June 2023 with a friend for a weekend break. The hotel was situated close to the main shopping road and a 20 minute walk into the main city centre. A fairly small hotel, but staff were lovely and helpful. The room was adequate and had everything you needed. Ultimately I spent very little time in the room as was sight seeing most of the time. Breakfast was good, not a huge amount but certainly enough to had a decent amount before setting off. Would recommend to anyone wanting a decent small hotel close to the centre.

Door de waterramp van 14 juli j.l. konden we niet vertrekken met de nachttrein van woensdag 14 juli naar Wenen. Net voor vertrek kregen we te horen dat de trein niet zou vertrekken. Zo geraakten we ook niet in in Hotel Mocca. We hadden in het hotel geboekt voor 3 dagen. We hebben hen direct verwittigd via mail. De dag er na hebben we gebeld om te vragen of er restitutie mogelijk was. Het antwoord was dat we maar niet voor het goedkope tarief hadden moeten kiezen en dat als de wereld zou vergaan we zelfs niet terug betaald zouden worden. We vroegen voor herboeking zo gauw we nieuwe data hadden om naar Wenen te komen. We mochten proberen hen te contacteren. Een week later hebben we hen gecontacteerd met de vraag van herboeking + 2 nachten extra. Ze gingen er over nadenken. Op hun site waren er nog kamers vaccant voor de nieuwe periode. Hun antwoord bleef uit. We telefoneerden. De baas had nog niet beslist... Een dikke week later mailde ik nog eens naar het hotel. Antwoord: 'Sorry, we zijn volgeboekt'. Het bedrag van 3 nachten is integraal van onze rekening genomen. Besluit: Er bestaat géén score voor de KLANTVRIENDELIJKHEID van HOTEL MOCCA!
