A lovely charming hotel tucked away in a quiet road, but a perfect location for exploring Vienna. Staff were excellent and a special mention to Erik for reassuring my elderly aunt in the lift. We were on the 5th floor so using the lift was essential for her. The hotel was spotlessly clean, from reception, the lounge, and the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, however there isn’t a kettle in the room but drinks could be requested from reception. Herbert and Alexander on reception were always very polite. My only little criticism would be lack of choice at breakfast for vegans. There was a good selection available but mainly meat and diary based. I was able to have some fresh fruit and vegetables, but a hot option, maybe mushrooms, would have been lovely. I would fully recommend.

Ideale Lage fünf Minuten zum Stepahnsplatz und zum Schwedenplatz, sehr ruhig abseits des Tourismustrubels. Wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer, die klein, aber ausreichend sind. Betten und Schränke sind o.k. Moderne Bäder. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Vielfältiges, reichhaltiges Frühstück, gemütliche Lobby. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit Kunst und Antiquitäten. Internationales Publikum.

The hotel was great. The staff was amazing. They recommended the hop on hop off bus tour and I’m so glad we did it. I loved the location because it was within walking distance to every place we wanted to explore.

Old town - pension type of hotel. Very central location. Attentive checkin staff. Tiny elevator. Breakfast is kinda family home B@B style. TV very inconvenient placed next to the bed on the wall. They praise themself to be a boutique hotel- but its more like a pension type of hotel. No mini bar, no basic sanitary items in the bathroom.

Perfekte Lage im ersten Bezirk in einer Sackgasse, sehr ruhig und zu Fuß alles gut zu erreichen. Unschlagbar! Tolles Ambiente, Wiener Charme. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Betten bequem . Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
