Hotel 3 stelle ma in realtá è una pensione. Spazi comuni e sala colazione freddi. In camera termosifoni spenti e devi aprire da solo le valvolve ma nessuno te lo dice. Asciugamani bucare e nonostante la richiesta nn le hanno cambiate. Sciatto

Basic but just what you need. Hotel staff are helpful. Everything is easy to get to but you will need to walk or get public transport. A budget hotel that’s great for a city break. Traffic is loud from the street but that is expected in a city. Would come stay here again, basic and fair price

The hotel room is simple, however if you plan to spen there only the nights it is enough. It is located just at the main street, so unfortunatelly you can hear the traffic all night (if you are not luck and you get the hotel with a street view). What is a big puls of this hotel is the stuff (at keast the lady at the reception, her name started with S). She was really kind and helpful.

This hotel is probably most suitable for young and rather insensitive people, since the furnishings are a bit outdated and, for example, mattresses should urgently be purchased. The staff is mostly friendly, overall the hotel has an oriental flair. By Viennese standards, however, the hotel is quite cheap and you practically fall out of the house into the nearest subway station. Young people traveling as couples or in groups who are only looking for a place to sleep will certainly not be in bad hands there. Older solo travelers are better off spending a little more on their Vienna vacation.

Everything was perfect: comfortable bed, clean room, reasonable price, very friendly staff, and very helpful receptionist. I strongly recommend it and if I ever go back to Vienna, I'll surely choose this hotel

Solamente puedo decir cosas buenas de este hotel: Excelente relacion calidad/precio. Buena ubicación: Aunque no esté en el centro de Viena, se puede llegar a él en un paseo, tranvia o metro, ya que está junto a la parada de metro de Alser Strasse. El servicio es muy cordial y la habitacion tiene lo necesario para el descanso tras la jornada de turismo.

Esperienza per 4 giorni presso questo hotel. Alla nostra rientrata in hotel nessuno era presente alla reception. Hotel poco igienico, nessun cambio di asciugamani e nessuna pulizia in camera. Quello della reception gentile ma alcune volte non presente.
