I stayed at this hotel during my visit to the Christmas markets in Vienna. As soon as I arrived at reception I was asked for advance payment to obtain the key, something that has never happened in my life. Room not very clean with walls that could use a coat of white and an old bathroom with a shower with a flimsy surface that requires a lot of attention so as not to fall. In the room there is also a kettle with some tea and chamomile bags and some coffee pods and an empty minibar. Breakfast not exceptional, with a prevalence of cheeses and cured meats and not much sweet. If it had been a lower category hotel, my rating would certainly have been positive, but from a four-star hotel I would have expected much more. The only positive notes are the central location and the very friendly staff.

Hotel as the name suggests, close to the Opera and 1.8 km from Stephensen Cathedral. Very friendly service in a renovated building. Room facing the street, with the noise of cars but nothing special. Comfortable bed in a small but comfortable room, with the basics. Delicious breakfast. Good wifi.

Гостиница очень удобно расположена. У нас были окна во двор и мы не слышали шум трамвая . Очень доброжелательный персонал . Завтрак за 18 евро на человека нам показался дороговат. Хотелось бы чтобы за 6 ночей хотя бы пару раз поменяли полотенце для лица. В номере был мини бар, это конечно не холодильник , для охлаждения воды как раз . Однозначно рекомендуем

Einfaches aber super Hotel! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gute Lage Nöhe der Oper! Man kommt von hier schnell in das Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind etwas alt, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck voll und ganz. Sind auch sehr sauber! Gutes Frühstückbuffet. Komme sehr gerne wieder!

Un hotel molto comodo servito dalle linee di tram ed autobus in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. In dieci minuti con una comoda passeggiata a piedi si arriva al centro. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite. Nel costo della stanza non è compresa la colazione del bar interno. Comunque a pochi passi c'è un bar ottimo per fare colazione a prezzi contenuti.

La posizione è ottima, 5 minuti a piedi da Karlsplatz. Il personale è gentile e il prezzo molto basso per aver compresa la prima colazione, comunque nella media. La camera spaziosa ma datata con mibilio un po' vecchio. Pulizia sufficiente.

Pur non essendo nel centro storico la posizione dell'albergo è molto comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche e culturali. E' servita da tram frequenti ed è a circa 800 metri da una importante stazione di interscambio delle varie linee della Metropolitana L'albergo è un po' datato e per confermare le 4 stelle avrebbe bisogno di un riammodernamento. Le camere non sono state rifatte tutti i giorni, ma solo 2-3 volte su 6 notti di permanenza. Colazione discreta ma non eccezionale.

Reservamos influenciados por la puntuaciones del hotel, la primera impresión nada más llegar fue de personal poco amable, pero era tarde y no le dimos importancia, fue al día siguiente cuando confirmamos las sospechas y alguna cosa más que paso a detallar: No nos limpiaron la habitación , no nos renovaron las toallas no hicieron las camas . El sofá supletorio de los años 70 y súper incómodo. La cisterna del vater se enganchaba. Se echa en falta un buen servicio de mantenimiento y limpieza. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Schon beim Reingehen in die Lobby erschrickt man wegen der vergammelten Möbel. Dieser Eindruck setzte sich durchs ganze Hotel fort - abgestoßene Möbel, Kacheln, Wände. Frühstück mäßig in der Qualität - unsinnig aufgebautes Büffet mit häufig nicht funktionierender Kaffeemaschine. Personal sprach praktisch kein Deutsch, geschweige denn Englisch. Lediglich die Rezeption war gut besetzt. Für mich ist das ein rein Gewinn orientiertes Hotel. Lage zur Stadt und Trambahn, Kneipen ist eher gut.
