Unforgettable 5 days in Vienna. We stayed at the Victoria Hotel and were very, very happy with their choice. Larissa Yurievna met us, a wonderful, intelligent woman. We had a round date with my husband and we were given champagne when we were decorated and it was very pleasant. Excellent location of the hotel. Metro U4 is just 3 minutes, until the Schönbrunn Palace 7 minutes. The room was very comfortable and went out to a small park and there flowered lipa - the smell was charming. Very convenient mattress and pillows, sleeped comfortable in the autumn. Clean in the rooms, everything you need to eat, clean and change towels daily, bedding quality. In the bathroom there is all you need, very convenient ventilator. I liked that the strong hot water pressure. ”Victoria” 3***, But by some criteria it does not concede 4**** hotels. This is a fine modern hotel located just across the Schönbrunn Palace, at the Zoo entrance. It’s a fairly new hotel with modem furniture and superb location. There were some comments criticizing the hotel’s breakfast, but honestly and in my opinion, their breakfast is a standard international breakfast with wide varieties that I’ve enjoyed having daily during my stay. For those who are arriving by car, there’s a payable car parking nearby; walking to the hotel from the parking is a bit tricky, so you need to know your way to the hotel. All in all, I’ve enjoyed my stay, and the welcoming staff were very helpful and hospitable. Unfortunately I haven’t taken any photos but the hotel’s website photo gallery speaks for itself.

We booked a room for three people, without breakfast included. We arrived at 10 am with the intention of just leaving our bags in the luggage room, but they immediately gave us the room key because it was already ready. It was impeccable. The room was very clean. We slept well because the beds were comfortable and there was no noise during the night. It was good.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

Quick check-in and location is just a 5-min walk from Wien hbf (Vienna Central Terminal). Clean room and bed, and good shower with shower gel. Remember to bring all other amenities eg slippers, drinking water etc.

My two teenage children and I stayed in the Family Room for 3 nights in June 2022. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city and shopping area. A stone's throw away from a metro stop and the St. Stephen's cathedral. There are a lot of restaurants nearby to dine at, The State Opera House is a 4-min walk. The staff of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Our luggage didn't make the connection in Amsterdam and hotel staff went out of they way to call airlines. If you want to get to the hotel from the airport, take the CAT (City Airport Train) for 12 euros (kids under 15 ride for free) and get off at the first city stop (Landstrabe/ Wien Mitte). Then take the U3 subway line (buy separate ticket for 2,40 euros) and get off two stops at Stephanplatz. It's about a 25 min ride.

Our bedroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay of three nights, we felt this is unacceptable for a hotel. Also our floor corridor didn’t have any lights with the exception of emergency exit lights (please note corridors are black and green representing a forest) so dark. Our bedroom had a very good size and kitchenette, although there was only 1 chair and the bedroom is for 2 people. These are things that I believe can be improved. The hotel have a good vibe , music and food.

Nearby the main train station HBF, just a less than 10mins walk distance, but if you call taxi, the car couldn’t drive until in front of the hotel, you’ll have to walk a little bit to reach the road Cozy and kinda quiet room at nighttime because is surrounded local residents houses The room and toilet a bit small for 3 pax, have to prepare extension if you’re in a big group cause the charging socket only 3-4 and not near to the bed But then so far this hotel was good enough
