Best Business Hotels in Vientiane

The rooms all face the Mekong River and Tyrande is opposite. The hardware conditions are the best in the local area, suitable for business trips!

I was disappointed with this property. I booked a 2-bedroom unit, and my biggest complaint was the many mosquitoes in the room when we checked-in and although we tried smashing them all between our clapping hands, more continued showing up during our 4-day stay even though we kept the doors and windows closed. We were also greeted with a dirty rag on the bathroom counter that a housekeeper had left and a half-full water bottle on the balcony with a cigarette bud floating in it. The washing machine in the room was disgusting… black mold growing all over the rubber door gasket, and it smelled terrible. The room's safety box stopped working, so a hotel engineer unbolted the old box and replaced it with another one. The next day, the replacement safety box would not open, and the engineer could not find the physical key that is used to open the box when the electronic mechanism stops working, so they had to physically destroy the box door with a hammer, chisel, and hacksaw blade to retrieve my valuables. Lastly, the beds were too hard and the wi-fi was unreliable and very slow. There was no effort by hotel management to apologize for these problems and I will not be returning.

Excellent hotel, clean, spacious rooms, and fully equipped. The manager provided me with som chai which was very nice indeed. I had a warm welcome and a very pleasant stay. Only snag being a lack to a tennis court at the hotel premises.

Best hotel that we stayed at in Lao. It has been set up mainly for Chinese tourists and business people. We enjoyed the accommodation that much we stayed 15days instead of the original 4 nights booking. The rooms where very well set up with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Toiletries, water, bath towels included hand towels and face washers. Found comfy gowens and slippers, even 2 gas masks???? That was a concern 😟. The room was a good size with table and chairs, plus a nice comfy chair to relax. The cleaning staff where very good and very friendly. The reception and security staff where very helpful and friendly. TV was set up totally for Chinese visitors, only down fall. Would have been good to have satellite TV to include other guests. The pool was very good plus cleaned regularly. The gym needs a total revamp. Equipment was old and not working. General maintenance and cleaning of the rooms, hallways and entry was very good. A little bit of mould in the grout joints was the only thing, but not as bad as other accommodation that I've seen.. A good monthly clean would keep this problem under control. The breakfast included was pretty boring, which was a shame. Overall, I would highly recommend.

One main issue is that this hotel is not environment friendly. Rooms are containing aircons but it is barely closed. The hole in the wall which is used to connect indoor and outdoor units is not sealed at all. Windows have a huge gap and unable to be closed tight. Also there is no sound privacy. It's easy to hear if your neighbors having sex.

First visit to Laos, and I'm certain they are among the friendliest people in the world. Located not far from the airport and city center the hotel was clean and modern but the best part of my stay was the staff...especially Deth and Julie! Deth and Julie were so kind and accommodating and were so well versed in English. I felt very safe and taken care of because of Deth and Julie's hospitality! Thank you so kindly for a wonderful stay, and I hope to see you guys again in the near future!

The room is very large, with a living room and a bedroom, suitable for family travel, as well as a dining table and sofa, and the free welcome fruit platter is also very rich. The front desk of the hotel can speak basic Chinese, the manager Romy is very nice, he is a Chinese, and provided a lot of help. It is very safe to live here, not as chaotic as in the Chinese district. There is a small supermarket coffee shop hot pot pizza downstairs, which is also very convenient.

Great place that close to the airport. It’s just a few steps away from an amazing outdoor restaurant that has live entertainment and reasonably priced food for good quality and quantity. I would definitely book again for the price to value.

Large, decent room with a beautiful view of the Mekong. But a mattress as hard as a plank of wood, air conditioning barely working, dark lighting with 5W bulbs, the lack of hot water in the bathroom, and the loud noise from the road below made my 14 days stay unpleasant. This was reinforced by very, very basic food, always the same at each meal, with poor quality products (tasteless meat, sometimes giving the impression of eating cardboard). Don't hope to have any reduction, or gift, even small. I broke a glass and I was asked to pay 6 $ to replace it (the real cost is 0,8$). However, at the same time, I paid 910$ for my stay. I was there in a particular context, since I did about forty when I entered Laos. So my comments on the food do not relate to the restaurants at this hotel. But this is a hotel that I would not go back to and that I do not recommend
