"Im so satisfied with service and location. Hotel staffs are so kind and friendly. There are free breakfast, drink and treats. The reception woman arranged a taxi for me, and I appreciate it a lot. The room was okay, but there’s no amenities like teeth-brush. It’s located near night market places and many restaurants. Even you can have a food in hotel’s cafe. It only takes few min walk to visit a lot of temples, so if you’re a big fun of buddies buildings, here has the best access. Very affordable and budget option."

"Had a wonderful stay at the Eastin Hotel Vientiane! The hotel's riverside location offered stunning views of the Mekong River and Thailand opposite. The staff were super friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, including delicious local dishes. Plus, the free shuttle service to the night market was a great perk! The hotel's app made managing facilities a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, amenities, and prime location!"

"Best location in town. Tipsy Elephant the rooftop pub for city view is located at this hotel. Very comfortable with super king size bed and most happening lane of all Vientienne. Food including halal outlets are easily available. The tourist attractions are also within walking distance including the many café places such as Amazon and Sinouk as well as the night markets by the mighty Mekong. The reception was helpful and allowed us to check in early at 11am even though the normal check in was 2pm onwards. Breakfast is good enough to start the day."

"I had an enjoyable stay here, considering I was very unwell. Room was exceptionally clean (cleaner than some i’ve stayed in back home in Australia), newly renovated bathroom is small BUT perfectly enough My only complaint about my room (this may not apply to other rooms), is the water pressure was SO HIGH. This made the spray gun next to the toilet almost impossible to use without it being painful. There would be about a 5-6 second time frame where it would lose most pressure and be usable, but then shoot back to the usual pressure. The shower also had pressure and temperature issues, every 30 seconds or so it would lose pressure and temperature, and then shoot back up way beyond the set temperature. It was pretty frustrating!"
