"Im so satisfied with service and location. Hotel staffs are so kind and friendly. There are free breakfast, drink and treats. The reception woman arranged a taxi for me, and I appreciate it a lot. The room was okay, but there’s no amenities like teeth-brush. It’s located near night market places and many restaurants. Even you can have a food in hotel’s cafe. It only takes few min walk to visit a lot of temples, so if you’re a big fun of buddies buildings, here has the best access. Very affordable and budget option."

"This is good hotel and so much cleaning, Staffs also friendly. Room quality is best. First i was booked olny five days and five days spent this hotel, then i feeling good that's why i stay this hotel 15 days, still now I'm here this hotel..."

"Lovely hotel in a great location! Breakfast is served 7am - 10am and there is a small selection to choose from which was nice. The woman who served the breakfast was lovely as well. The room we stayed in (twin) didn’t have a window but we knew this when booking so just double check when you book so you don’t get the windowless surprise! Very comfy beds and powerful shower. :)"

"The room was small but clean. However, the window glass really needs better cleaning. The hotel seems to host a lot of large Chinese tour groups, which makes mornings quite frustrating. By the time you get to the dining room, most of the food is gone, and waiting for the lift takes a very long time because of the crowd leaving at the same time."

"This hostel is beautiful and the atmosphere is amazing. It feels like being at one with nature. The owner and the staff are incredibly lovely, attentive, and provide excellent service. They offer breakfast and car rental services too. I'll definitely recommend it to friends visiting and will use their services again.💖"

"The hotel is situated at a prime location, 2 blocks from the night market and surrounded by a number of eateries. A few local massage shops connivence stores around, so can definitely find something to do nearby at night time. The checkin was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful."

"I had a lovely time unwinding away from a stressful job. Will come back again. The fruit juices along the streets were very good, also cafes and restaurants, see durian smoothie photo. This hotel will be a good starting point for you. People are helpful and friendly. There's a very good rooftop bar that also serves food, if you don't want to go out, see photo. Room service is also available. I used the spa which may be a little small but it was PERFECT FOR ME. The swimming pool was also small but again, small is perfect for someone like me. Definitely would recommend. As for breakfasts, very good - you won't go hungry. Well done Mintra Hotel 👏✨✨"

"The hotel has just opened and offers interesting amenities for a reasonable price. The room and bathroom are excellent, with new and comfortable furnishings, a balcony, safe, wardrobe, and desk. The pool is very pleasant. Rooms facing the pool are quiet. As for me, I had a room facing the street, across from a night bar that played loud music until 1 AM. You can also hear the neighbors in the adjacent room. The staff are lovely but, in my opinion, lack training. Be aware that rooms are only serviced if you request it; otherwise, trash isn't emptied, and there's no replenishment of water, tea, or toilet paper."

"The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, everything feels very new. The breakfast spread is excellent, offering both Asian and Western options. The service is warm, attentive, and they even have Mandarin-speaking staff. There's a swimming pool, gym, and massage rooms available. The hotel is beautifully situated right by the Mekong River with stunning views. Just downstairs, the vibrant night market is bustling with people and activity. This is truly an international standard five-star hotel."

"Positives - there are many. One of the best hotels in Laos and very reasonably priced. The rooms are large, well decorated and quiet. They even have a sign on the door saying no noise after 10pm. The staff are mostly good, but perhaps need a little more training. The managers are attentive.  The breakfast buffet needs more veggie options but the excellent chef will do a pad Thai if you ask the night before and of course, omelettes are also available.  During this stay I used the gym, it’s small but has what you need. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. 5 minutes to airport. "
