Got a nice room with a comfy bed and a huge bathroom.. Everything was clean except the floor. Maybe they forgot to mop it up. The furniture is a bit worn out. There is a nice swimming pool. The breakfast area wasn't the cleanest. I think there are a lot of messy guests so when you arrive late for the breakfast, you feel it.
The location is great and the staff is very helpful. I booked the train to Vang Vieng through them, no complaints. Might be cheaper to do it on your own but you also have more to organise. All in all I would stay again.

Hotel is very old and the TV is pathetic. Wires are exposed behind the cabinet walls. However, I must say that the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I could not switch ON the TV ad the staff arrived immediately to help. The location of the hotel is about 10 mins from city but they do help you to get a taxi. There are some good restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast is decent.
