ヴィエンチャンの中心部、ナイトマーケットに程近い場所にあります。同じ通り沿いには、日本人の経営するレンタルバイクショップがあります。
ランドリーサービスは休止してますが、すぐ近くにキロ10000Kip程度で洗濯を預かってもらえる場所もあるので、かなり便利です。
部屋はバルコニー付きで、喫煙者の方はそこでタバコが吸えます。
お部屋にはシャワーのみ。お湯は問題なく出ます。
