Good value for the hotel, friendly staff and clean environmentt

It's just such a place to stay. Meals are not bad but food is not refilled if you go late. It's a good place if you don't expect more than normal accommodation. The facilities are a bit outdated.

Although I only booked one day through the app, I actually stayed in this hotel for a total of 8 days. I stayed here when I lost my passport. In general, if you stay for 8 days, the breakfast dishes will never change, so you will be a little scared to eat. Then I encountered cockroaches in the room once, but it may be because there was a communication problem with the housekeeping for a period of time, so I didn't come in to clean it during that time, and there was food in our room. But overall, the staff's service attitude is good, they are very polite, and they will try their best to solve your difficulties. And as long as you can speak English, there will basically be someone at the front desk who can assist. However, those working the night shift cannot communicate in English at all, which is more troublesome. And if compared with its surroundings, this should be considered the best hotel nearby. It is also very close to the city center and the transportation is very convenient. Whether you want to go out for fun or do errands, the location is very advantageous.

The indoor facilities are outdated. The toilet is not clean. The toilet is full of stains. About the service at the front desk. When I checked out, the front desk went to the room to check and came back and said that I drank about 10 bottles of water in the refrigerator and asked to pay 20 dollars. I didn’t drink it anyway. Said that the front desk said that before I checked in, I checked it again and again and replenished the water. I went in to work and framed me for delaying my time to go to the airport. Because I need a visa for Thailand, it is very close to the Thai embassy. The breakfast is good, the service is very good, I can help you book tickets and introduce attractions.

I had a good time in this hotel. All staffs are good and kind.

Located at quiet environment

This hotel is good value for money, especially with current deals. The locationn is not ideal if you want to be near the Mekong downtown area. Excellent breakfast provided - I also received a room upgrade free. The reception staff were not very welcoming unfortunately - maybe they had a bad day? There is quite a lot of traffic noise - so preferably try to get a room at the back of the hotel Otherwise my stay was very comfortable.
