Schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, sehr ansprechende Zimmer, sehr kleines Bad, enge Dusche, Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hört jedes Geräusch vom Flur, an erholsamen Schlaf ist nicht zu denken.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. At my first stay the ground floor flooded. At night the bar had live music and kept guests up until late at night. The location is convient so I decided to give it another go. It was off season so I banked on the live music not happening. I booked a room and I paid up front. I go to the area regularly as my son karts at a local kart track. Due to work commitments I was unable to arrive on the arrival day, so I messaged the hotel and I them asked to swap out the name on the room to a colleague who was supporting my son, but would arrive the next day. Despite me paying in advance for my room the hotel resold my room and they refused to give me a refund. if a customer has not paid for a reservation and does not show up on time it’s understandable for the hotel to sell the room. In this instance I paid in full and the room was mine. Instead of resolving this issue they refused to give me a refund. I get it Radisson, you value the $700, more than my life time custom. Keep it and best of luck. I’ll never stay at this hotel or any Radisson again.

I made a big mistake booking a room at Radisson outside Naples, Italy. I needed to swap the name on the room last minute as I was unable to fly. I was due to land late last night so I called this morning, by which time they given away my room and told me the 700 I had spent on the room was non-refundable. I simply don’t trust Radisson and will never stay with them again. I hope they enjoy the 700 because they have lost a customer for life.

Personale, qualificato, disponibile..ottima la pulizia della camera. In generale tutti i servizi sono paragonabili ad una categoria di Hotel superiori..Lo raccomando sicuramente a tutti qualsiasi sia lo scopo del viaggio...

Struttura recente, contemporanea e nel contempo accogliente, alla quale non manca nulla relativamente alle 4 stelle di cui dispone. I punti a favore che si riscontrano sono sicuramente l'area parcheggio auto coperta,la cortesia del personale,con particolare riferimento a tutti quelli che si occupano delle pulizie ed a cui vanno i personali complimenti, concludendo infine,con il servizio colazione che sfiora genericamente e di pochissimo, quello presente in hotel di categoria superiore. Passando così ai punti negativi constatati, c'è da ravvisare che i bagni andrebbero sicuramente migliorati, soprattutto nelle rifiniture, problema questo, causato anche da coloro che hanno effettuato i lavori edili,inoltre,bisognerebbe risolvere il problema rumorosità causato dalle poltroncine relax presenti in camera,che essendo pesanti, nel momento in cui vengono spostate segnatamente al mattino presto,dal personale pulizie o comunque dagli ospiti,facendole ahimè, strisciare a terra, creano un sonoro stridulo oltremodo fastidioso. Da ultimo, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo ed esperienza più che consigliata.

Hotel con servizi al di sopra della media. Personale preparato, professionale ed estremamente cortese. Struttura moderna, camere dotare di confort di livello, quali bollitori, smart TV, kit di cortesia ricco. Colazione dolce e salata con ampia scelta. Pulizia eccellente. Prezzo al di sopra della media, ma ragionevole vista la qualità dell'offerta.
