Pensión Residencia Buenos Aires

We booked through ********** and days later we thought of calling to confirm and... SURPRISE! We didn't have a reservation because apparently ********** had made reservations when the rooms were full. If we don't get to call we show up in Vigo without a room. Of course, the payment had already been made. If we didn't call, I would like to know when they would have been kind enough to inform us that we didn't have a room. We have been demanding the refund of the reservation for several days without news.... If this continues, we will have to take other alternatives.

2 stelle unicamente per la posizione che senza dubbi è comoda sia per la stazione ferroviaria,sia per il porto e per il centro. Per tutto il resto non ci siamo. Struttura situata all'interno di un vecchio palazzo,camera molto datata,bagno sporco (capelli e altro sia nella vasca che per terra), pavimento in legno con tarme e letti scomodi. Sinceramente,per il prezzo speso,non posso dire che c'è buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

It has a public parking right next door, it does not have its own, where you must ask for the "24 hour voucher" of 16 euros as soon as you arrive, otherwise they will charge you regularly.

Si tienes pensado alojarte un fin de semana no vas a poder dormir en "toda" la noche, ni con tapones. No entiendo como una calle céntrica residencial puede ser tan estridente. Me resultó barato pero al final lo pagué caro, las habitaciones son mínimas, son habitaciones antiguas, algún desconchado en la ducha, nada de eso me hubiese importado si hubiese podido dormir. La ubicación es muy buena, es una lástima que el ayuntamiento no cuide por el descanso de residentes y visitantes.

Another positive aspect can be said to be the price (two nights €66 in a double room), but in this case the fact that sometimes cheap is expensive is true. Let's go with the bad. At check-in we were greeted by a girl who, to put it mildly, didn't have much insight. The room is very old with a decent mattress, but with a pillow thinner than cigarette paper, we have had terrible neck pain. The shower moment was an ordeal, because hardly any water came out and what came out was either very cold or very burning. And worst of all, there is NO HEATING!!! We have frozen in an inhuman way. In conclusion, we would not return even for free.

Esto no debería permitirse que estuviera abierto al público. Humedades en las paredes, sin limpieza y lo peor, SIN CALEFACCION!!! Nos quejamos en recepción, nos dijeron que nos dejarían un radiador electrico, y nada. Hemos ido con un bebe de 11 meses… sin calefacción en diciembre!!!! A 4 grados, no hemos pasado tanto frio en la vida. Por no hablar de la cantidad de ruido que hay por la noche, con 3 discotecas en frente que cierran a las 6:30…

La Pensión esta muyyy centrica, limpia y cuidada. Nos gusto nada más llegar, pero cuando fuimos a dormir, la verdad es que perdió todo el encanto, porque esta en la zona de copas de Vigo y la movida terminó a las 6:30, decir que era sábado, pero decir también que no pudimos dormir en toda la noche. A lo mejor seria buena idea poner aire acondicionado e insonorizar. Bueno, es una idea...

Piccola pensione in ottima posizione. Qualità prezzo adeguata. Stanze pulite quotidianamente. Le stanze hanno il parquet che risulta essere un po’ vecchiotto, di conseguenza non è poi cosi silenzioso, al passaggio degli altri ospiti nel Corridoio e in alcuni punti della camera si sente tutto ciò che accade nelle altre camere. Ottimo per muoversi a piedi e come punto di appoggio.
