"The hotel and staff are great. Really good location. Staff very helpful. No faults there at all. My only complaint would be my room. Reasonable price but it faced nothing only 3 other walls which had all the drain pipes running down. This made the room dark and was noisy with the running water. It could do with some fresh paint in the room and maybe upgrade the toilet tissue. It smelt of drains too. There was only one small bin which had no bin liner which I found strange too.
I would stay again but I would have to guarantee a road/city facing room."

"Advantages: The location is very good. It takes two minutes to walk from the airport bus line A; it only takes two minutes to walk to the train station and bus station, and 10 minutes to walk to the city center. The train station is a commercial complex with fast-moving consumer goods, fast food restaurants, free toilets, and large supermarkets. The breakfast was better than expected, with milk (can be heated in a microwave), coffee, a kind of fruit, some yogurt, bread, and fresh orange juice from the automatic juicer in the supermarket.
Cons: Daily necessities are only hand/body soap, towels and a plastic cup. I didn't bring a toothbrush. It was a red day when we arrived, and all the shops were closed. In the end, we ran a long way to a drugstore open all year round to buy mouthwash.
Overall, it is a qualified small hotel. It’s not easy to book during the national holiday~"

"Everything is as expected, except for one small improvement: the outdoor parking lot should be reserved for hotel guests only, because everyone outside the hotel parks their vehicles there, leaving guests without parking. The indoor parking lot has few spaces and no reservations. This is a negative."

No. 5 of Premium Hotels in Galicia"I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is simply perfect, right in front of Samil beach, but it was a shame it was raining during my stay. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile on their face, which made all the difference. Another point that deserves to be highlighted is the cleanliness: everything was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, transmitting comfort and security. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay."

"The stay was overall very good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were helpful and courteous.
However, the shower bracket was broken, which caused the shower head to shift angles unpredictably due to water pressure. As a result, water sprayed outside the shower area and left the bathroom floor soaked.
Aside from this issue, the experience was positive."
