"Very old, the bed was dusty. No AC the bathroom door cannot shut at all. The recaption was closed when I arrived at about 6:30 PM. It’s supposed to be open from 10:00 to 24:00. I called a number no one answered. Then a girl came. The room I got was on the third floor. There seemed to be lots of activity in the rooms next door until about 2:00 am. THE ABSOLUTE WORST was the noise of running water and then a loud beep after what appeared like flushing water from other bedrooms. I got NO REST!!! I called the number on the reception door, again no one answered. JUST TERRIBLE"

The hotel’s location is ideal, situated between Plaza de Compostela and the ferry terminal for the Cíes Islands, making it convenient for exploring both the city and the beautiful surrounding areas. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations for local attractions and dining. The only minor drawbacks were the absence of hair conditioner and a small kettle in the room to make a cup of tea but for the price of the room I will not complain."

"I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is simply perfect, right in front of Samil beach, but it was a shame it was raining during my stay. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile on their face, which made all the difference. Another point that deserves to be highlighted is the cleanliness: everything was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, transmitting comfort and security. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay."
