Went to wacth Celta Vigo play football. Hotel was lovely, Vigo is sleepy but pleasant

Great location—just steps away from both the bus and train terminal. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Basilica Santa Maria and the Mercado da Pedra. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming, and always happy to help. The only minor downside for me was that both pillows were a bit too soft for my preference. But overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vigo!

I stayed here for one night on a business trip and it was a complete disappointment. When we were checking in the woman at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. There is no parking anywhere nearby so you have to park in a shopping center across the street and walk with your luggage. The staff were cold, unhelpful and seemed irritated by even the simplest requests. The WiFi was a nightmare to connect to and required providing email, phone number, zip code and other personal information just to get online. When I asked for a spoon to be brought to my room the staff refused. To make matters worse housekeeping came into my room twice in the morning before my checkout time. For the price they charge this is absolutely not a four star hotel. It is more like a budget motel pretending to be something it is not. Overpriced, poorly run and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Do not waste your money.

Hotel is in a good location with paid parking. You can either park in the hotel parking (subject to availability and small) or park in the shopping mall in front of the hotel. Price is 18 EUR per 24 hours. My room wasn't very clean as I could still see lady hair on my pillows and its missing some amenities such as a kettle for water to drink tea.

Great location, great Front Desk / hotel Bar service fluent in English ! Quiet room ! Great bathroom with bidet ! Cumbersome / No user friendly Internet connection !
