Fate attenzione! Noi abbiamo prenotato a gennaio 2023 un trilocale tramite un tour operator che indicava chiaramente i costi aggiuntivi (non irrilevanti) da pagare in loco. Arrivati a destinazione, i costi (da saldare immediatamente all’arrivo e senza vedere l’appartamento) erano più alti. Inoltre ci veniva assegnato un bilocale. solitamente sono situazioni che risolvono la struttura e il tour operator tra di loro! invece non hanno voluto sentire ragioni e ho dovuto io chiedere il rimborso delle spese aggiuntive al tuo operator. Mi hanno rinfacciato di non aver prenotato direttamente con loro. Assurdo!! Hanno specificato inoltre che, indipendentemente dalla prenotazione, loro assegnano l’appartamento in base alle persone. Noi eravamo in 3 pertanto ci spettava un bilocale (notare che ho pagato un trilocale ma al momento non ne avevano disponibili). Il bilocale in sé è carino ma il balcone è veramente inutilizzabile, se si apre lo stenditoio, non ci sta neanche una persona!! Voglio far notare inoltre che non c’è stato nessun tentativo di venirci incontro, ma un semplice invito ad alloggiare altrove!!! Da dimenticare

Great staff, very helpful! Helped out with taxi and other stuff. Free loan bikes. Clean and full kitchen-ware. Convenient to have grocery store as neighbour.

Had a very pleasurable 4-day stay in Le Fontane. Perfect for a no-nensense holiday where we were just visiting another beach every day, while still having a swimming pool during certain hours open at the accomodation. On the contrary to some of the reviews I saw, we didn't encouter any unexpected cost. Only the elevator was not working, but if that's all it was ok for us...

Residence consigliassimo. Personale professionale e molto disponibile di fronte alle nostre richieste. Appartamento pulito, spazioso e posizione strategica. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Villasimius, mentre a 5 minuti di macchina ci sono le meravigliose spiagge di Simius e Is Traias e in 10-15 minuti si raggiungono le altre famose spiagge di porto Giunco, Punta Molentis e tutte le altre calette. Proprio sotto il residence si trovano anche due negozi alimentari. Inoltre il residence offre una bella piscina, area bbq e una lavanderia comune gratuita (oltre a lavatrice indipendente nell'appartamento). Ci tornerei e lo consiglio.

Ottima esperienza, il residence si trova a 10 minuti dal centro a piedi, lo staff gentile e sempre disponibile, splendida piscina con servizio bagnino, area barbeque comune sempre pulita e ordinata, area lavaggio in comune con ben 3 lavatrici e 1 asciugatrice sempre ordinata. Camere spaziose e pulite. Possibilità di fare la spesa a piedi perché attraversi la strada e ci sono 2 supermercati aperti tutto il giorno e a fianco al residence c'è un'altro supermercato. Ampio parcheggio. Io e la mia compagna siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti e consigliamo a tutti questa struttura

Il residence si trova vicino al centro del paese e vicino a quattro supermercati che fanno orario continuato tutti i giorni. I servizi offerti sono tanti: parcheggio privato, piscina e solarium, la possibilità di cenare a bordo piscina prenotando la cena, area barbecue e lavanderia, al piano terra c'è un bar per le colazioni. La struttura è molto pulita così come l'appartamento che abbiamo affittato. Forniscono biancheria da bagno e da letto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Appartamento spazioso,pulito e relativamente vicino al centro paese.Unico neo una dotazione un po' limitata di stoviglie e attrezzature per la cucina.Comodo perché vicino e sopra dei supermercati ma un po' rumorosa al mattino.Ben isolato dai serramenti.

Parfait , personnel très sympathique et très agréable. Appartement très correct et bien situé. Piscine nickel avec maître nageur à l ouverture et jusqu à fermeture. Accès très facile aux magasins alimentations.

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura dal 24 al 31 agosto 2023 e l’abbiamo trovata conforme alle nostre esigenze familiari. Tutti i servizi sono all’altezza di ciò che uno si può aspettare da un due stelle e anche di più. Il parcheggio è ampio e comodissimo; è vicinissimo a 2 supermercati e ad un bar ed è poco distante dal centro del paese. Insomma siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti; è una struttura adatta a ogni tipo di nucleo familiare e ai giovani.
