"If your looking for a relaxing place to stay with your family, look elsewhere. From the moment we checked in the unhappy man behind the counter was already telling our children to talk quietly as people were asleep.. (it was lunchtime) the pool area of the hotel is lovely but if you think you can relax and make any noise at all, think again.. we witnessed the staff telling older children to stop talking loud at 3pm.. they were just talking! The same unhappy older man who works behind the counter yelled at me for my children falling over outside of his apartment and told me to control them.. sorry that my child fell over and was crying. This hotel is run by a boys club and needs some females at reception to give a nice warm welcome. We have never stayed somewhere that made us feel so unwelcome. The young man behind the front counter and the lifeguard are both very friendly, and sadly that is where it stops. The internet does not work in the rooms, the verandah is so small you cannot sit on it with the clothes line out.. nor with the air conditioner on as it blows hot air on you. The air conditioning also leaks down the wall and our fridge was leaking on the floor making it very slippery. All staff seem to live onsite and the slightest noise they poke their head out the door as of you have disturbed them."

"Our stay at TankaVillage Selected was wonderful from start to finish. Every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to accommodate our requests, making us feel truly welcome A special thank you goes to Vito, our waiter on the terrace, who was exceptionally kind and provided outstanding service during dinner. He made the dining experience enjoyable and ensured everything was perfect. His assistants, Alice, and Martina, were equally friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile.. The entertainment was another highlight of our stay.. Every show was performed to a very high standard, and it was clear that a great deal of effort and talent went into each performance.. A special mention also goes to Elisabetta, the exercise coach and instructor.. She was outstanding in every class she taught. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and positive energy encouraged everyone to participate.. She always led with a smile, taught a wide variety of exercise classes, and excelled in each one.I highly recommend joining her sessions—they were one of the highlights of our vacation. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Tanka Village Selected and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with exceptional service, great entertainment, and a fantastic team."

S'Incantu Resort

"Unfortunately I have to give a negative review, I'm sorry because I had so many expectations about this place that has nothing of a Resort and I don't feel like recommending it for various reasons. The first is the quality of the services, e.g. inside the room there are no free or paid bottles of water, a real treat on such hot days... in the bathroom (old and run down) there are no freebies such as shower gel, shampoo... there is no curtain on the window which is why even during the day I had to keep the window and shutters closed having to necessarily turn on the light. The only garbage with the bag is in the bathroom, under the sink there is the bin without a bag. Inconvenient for tourists who arrive and need to prepare their own food (since there is the possibility of cooking) and do not have bags with them. In the entire structure there are non-existent containers. Second point, in such a large pool there is no lifeguard... a rather serious aspect!! The pool is very large as is the surrounding area, but there are only six umbrellas, mostly small, this creates a great inconvenience especially for children and the elderly. The only way to shelter is under the roof except for the hours when the sun moves and even under there is sun. Change of towels €10 per person.. crazy! Breakfast offered at €22 per person absolutely not in line with the price, it is better to do it at the bar and with €6 per person you can get by. The only positive aspect is the bartenders, kind and helpful. It is absolutely not worth the €200 per night, the structure itself is beautiful with a swimming pool and top lawn! It would really take very little to make it more functional, reluctantly I will not return."

"A B&B that distinguishes for care in every detail. Breakfast: vote 10 and praise. Sweet and salad, with cakes made at home, fresh fruit also of the family garden - the figs were delicious - marmelade, yoghurt, salses, cheese and drinks expressed on request. Room: unfit cleaning, very clean furnishings in both design and functionality. Most comfortable bed, bathroom with very spacious and comfortable shower. Plus: private terrace with mountain view. And the most beautiful surprise: a roundnier nide. A memory that we will be able to get behind forever. Very unforgettable experience. Compliance to managers!"
