So many many problem with this “Scam” Hotel First, When check in, the receptionist work very slow and ask a non-related question such as how much you book this hotel from trip.com, and I answer I forget and the question is not related at all for checking in. Very bad attitude for the receptionist named monashme (he didn’t say the name clearly) but I can describe him as a man with tattoo and wear glasses. Second, still the same person man with tattoo and glasses, he asked me for hotel deposit and he show an unhappy face and also grumbling and also said not to worry because it can automatically back to you. Well, I have read so many bad review about this hotel about deposit so I think it is a very logic to ask them for a receipt Third, when breakfast time, my parents told me that a chef told her to ask me to leave the restaurant because I have been sit in the restaurant for 2 hours, while the fact is I enter the restaurant on about 8 and the time show 8.50 when the chef ask me to leave. Fourth, again the same person which handle my check in, receptionist with tattoo and glasses ask me whether I take a photo or not and I am very confuse what kind of photo and what kind of question is that. I said to him that I will not answer his question and the question is very rude. And I finally know that the receptionist ask whether I take the chef’s photo which ask me to leave at the restaurant. So actually his question trigger me to take a photo of him (again receptionist with tattoo and glasses), so I ask my wife to take his photo, to show to all which worker is very rude. Thank you for remind me to take a photo of you Fifth, when checking out, they charged me amenities I ask few days before, 2.5Eur for one toothbrush. So the question is why I am not being told that I need to pay for each amenities I ask. This is not fair at all Last, this is very very important problem from this hotel which I can say the hotel is a scam hotel. After a couple of week, I have my credit card statement and realize that I am being charged another 130Eur in my credit card from Ibis Villejuif while the hotel didn’t tell me at all and of course didn’t give me any receipt. The hotel replied that the charged is for 4-nights car park fee, and explain the car park is being charged not based on the car but based on the human’s stay. This hotel is really awesome. I park for only 1 night but being charged for 4 nights and also didn’t tell anything for this charged. For more information, I have asked couple of times that I want to see your manager but the man in the receptionist always say I am the manager. I have travelled around and haven’t seen this kind of Ibis. Really, first bad experience in my life for Ibis Hotel

Was good. I recommend to stay there. Really clean and okay breakfast. It is just 4 minutes from the metro station.

Bad service. They act as if you are an uninvited guest in their home. And I still didn’t receive my deposit back.
