The hotel is very nice, the facilities are very clean and tidy, the location is also very good, there is a Burger King restaurant next to it, and a taxi from the airport is only about ten euros, which is very convenient. I like it very much.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel!!! The smell of the room is unbearable, not to mention the totally unpleasant staff... HOTEL TO ESCAPE!!! If I had to do it again I would prefer to sleep under a bridge at least I wouldn't have to deal with the staff of this hotel

Hello, Beyond the fact that the room is a pocket handkerchief, that the staff is non-existent, the comfort is not there (2 rolls of toilet paper almost empty, uncomfortable bedding, low-end pillow, cup no plastic on it, shower gel almost empty, stained towels, shower that lets water onto the floor, no toilet brush, cleaning that leaves something to be desired, heating to 30 degrees in the room: unbearable heat,…) average breakfast , the coffee machine that beeps, doesn't give us change and no one cares. We had our truck robbed on the night of Monday 4/12 to 5/12. We are aware that the hotel declines all responsibility, however they have cameras in the parking lots, total refusal to help us, do not offer to call the police, nor even to inform us about the nearest police office. close, worrying about whether we need something, saw nothing, heard nothing. Information does not circulate between shifts. A license plate was found on the ground and they put it in the trash, neither seen nor known. We feel that the goal is to cover up the affair. This is deplorable. They could at least pretend to care about their customers! And by the way, saying goodbye is the minimum I've done several of the ibis budgets, the others were good, this one is to be avoided

One night as a couple with breakfast from September 1 to 2, 2023. Including cost: 101.46 euros (Lille clearance sale = doubling of the price). The breakfasts themselves increase from 6.50 euros to 8.90 euros. Room n°328 of 8 square meters while the law provides for 9 square meters excluding sanitary facilities for 2 people. One of the two beds is attached to the partition. No air conditioning. Breakfast: no plates which means you have to put the cheese directly on the tray. For coffee, no cups but paper cups. No napkins at the buffet. The staff hides in the kitchen, probably for fear of customer comments. Complaint filed with the Accor club which, courageously, referred it to the hotelier who obviously did not deign to respond. To try anyway to see how far we can go in mediocrity and disrespect... Thank you Accor.

My 3rd stay but probably the last Poor service, unfortunately it's not the staff themselves (they do their best) a little poorly organized ok, but it's a clear lack of staff that made our stay " not recommended at all" waiting at the counter, a hello I'll be with you soon would have been enough, but you have to wait, whether for check-in, for an order of drinks, evening order (despite the reservation made in the morning ) an advertisement for the restaurant in large letters, but no cook (30' presence for the whole evening) which means that on the entire menu, there are only 3 out of 4 pizzas that can be ordered, the molds reserved in the morning it takes 45', those who come after us, no luck!. A great advert for cocktails, but in the end prepared cocktails, no thank you, never again. I think we weren't the only ones who weren't satisfied. For cleanliness, no complaints about the rooms, small but I knew that, but the floor of the restaurant had not been cleaned since breakfast (a piece of cheese dying under the table) not to mention all the crumbs was the proof . All this despite the vacuum cleaner on site (to make it look nice?) which obstructed the passage. This hotel really offers the minimum. But above all, there is a lack of care in the maintenance of the rooms which may ultimately cost him all his customers. First of all, it is true that the entrance to the hotel is hidden behind a hedge and also happens to be that of the Burger King restaurant and the drive-thru!! Then, our reservation was validated under our first name! Nevermind. Finally, a cramped room (but hey it's a budget hotel") but a clogged sink, a missing towel, a soap dispenser in the shower torn off, the cord blocking the window opening also torn off, people who remain to be discussed about the parking lot adjacent to the room, etc. The worst: a black shower seal! Even if it remains a low-budget hotel, there is a minimum service to be provided. I do not recommend it.

Good value for money hotel. Good welcome. Clean room. Nice bathroom. Good bedding. Soundproofing of the rooms is quite good for this type of hotel. The hotel is a little difficult to access but it is not too far from the Pierre Mauroy stadium

I have been to this hotel twice before where things went well but I am beginning to think, unfortunately, that it was more the exception than the rule. I just spent three nights there and it was catastrophic. First night a mattress as hard as a concrete block - impossible to sleep well, my back was broken and my eyes were bursting all day after. Just when I think I had finally started to fall asleep, huge thud in my room which scared me very much and woke me up at 6am. The fire instructions stuck to the door in a plastic frame came completely detached from the door and crashed to the floor with a loud noise. I therefore ask to change rooms the following night to sleep better. It's done, the mattress is more comfortable and I sleep better. But to my amazement, the next morning I realized that I no longer had any electricity in the room. And again the next morning no matter how many times the receptionist resets the circuit breakers which keep tripping for my room. Finally, I use the word "welcome" in the broadest sense of the term because this person (blonde highlights, gray sweatshirt and jeans) was unpleasant and rude as hell and quite frankly bored where she was. She either needs to resign or do an internship in human relations. Add to that badges that demagnetize and unpleasant questions, like "you haven't paid for your breakfast, what are you doing?" (from the same person in front of everyone) when everything had been settled the day before and you will understand that it was a catastrophic experience this time. Change the mattress in room 304. Repair the electrical installation in room 208 and replace this very unpleasant person at reception.

A disaster 😑 We already went around in circles for a while before finding the entrance, relatively dangerous in fact and without any Résa sign 2 adults and 1 child, arriving in the room the child's bed was not made so we had to manage We went to eat at the Courtepaille next door, positive point of having the restaurant on foot Return to the hotel impossible to have TV except the France 2 channel... We reported it to the reception, apart from saying they are sorry nothing can be done The paint along the bathroom is completely blistered No socket on one side of the bed so to plug in your phone it's dead The bed creaks at the slightest movement Breakfast is made in the hall in full draft of people coming in and out, ideal with children who have just got up and who chatter their teeth as soon as you open the door 🙄 Limit I have already seen formula 1 better in terms comfort... The icing on the cake was the fire alarm in the middle of the night, the receptionist unable to tell if there was a false alarm so everyone in their pajamas in the hall waiting to know what to do 😠

Dans la chambre 121 , fuite au lavabo , on se lave les mains , et les pieds en même temps , la porte de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas bien et la poignée est prête a tomber ! le personnel est a l'écoute , c'est tout .

Cher et sale ! Chambre petite pas de climatisation pas de prises ou du moins non fonctionnelle, un coussin de très mauvaise qualité, salle de bain très sale et aucunes possibilités de poser ses affaires ! Accueil inexistant même les communs sont sales !!!!

Hôtel propre, personnel souriant et accueillant . Très calme. Parking gratuit. Chambre et salle de bain petites , pour une nuit on s’y adapte . Bonne literie, oreiller pas assez ferme. Petit déjeuner correct. L’ensemble est tout à fait correct par rapport au prix nuit/petit déjeuner (70€).
