The lady at the reception desk was very welcoming and helpful, great service! The area feels extremely safe, however for anyone travelling just via public transport it’s very hard to find and requires going through various different security gates and a 15/20 minute walk from the nearest train station. The room was clean and spacious!

Many photos on the page do not match the hotel. There was no swimming pool, game hall and the restaurant was closed. It was very remote which made us feel less comfortable. Luckily there was a fence around it which made us feel somewhat safer. Rooms were fine but we will not book here again.

We were thrown into this pit by AirFrance following a delay. The rooms were filthy, the sheets torn, there dirt on the walls. Breakfast was limited to those who got there early enough and even getting there half an hour before it stopped serving saw us leave with a nibble on some stale bread and no drinks. Very rude staff, even for Paris. Would certainly not recommend

Decent stay. I arrived at the same time a tour bus arrived and despite being ALL Platinum, had to wait for that group to check in first. (Feedback to management: I believe ALL Gold and above do get precedence - neutral). Pro tip: if you arrive anytime past 7pm by metro RER, forget being able to walk to the hotel. (More on that below). When I did arrive at the check-in desk, the staff were very kind and sympathetic, and I appreciate them offering me an additional beverage from the canteen on top of my welcome beverage which would be served during operational hours at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at the time of my check-in. (Neutral). Room itself is fine, a little bit rundown, but everything works and it is quiet. Check out was also smooth and throughout my stay, staff were kind, friendly and affable. For guests arriving in the evening, it is good to be mindful that the convention center and exposition that provides easy access to the hotel is closed from 7:30 PM onwards. In order to reach the hotel, I walked several kilometers on a busy highway. Total walking time almost 40 minutes. In conclusion, I don’t believe that this is an ideal hotel, unless you have a vehicle for point-to-point transportation. In that respect, I also believe that the price point is a little bit high for what this product is. (-1 point) I would certainly book a different hotel if I was to come back to this area again. Something in proximity to the station and/or services. Plus point: the menu at the Boucherie Restaurant looked delectable.

the hotel is super far from the airport and even from the RER station. I got lost at some point and I had to call the hotel multiple times to get directions on how to get there. The person at the front desk was impolite, sounded annoyed and not helpful at all. Won't stay here again

Bad reception service to begin. Was given a room without heating (it was broken), and was in January. Asked to change room and they have a portable heater in the room! Carpet really dirty. Over priced during Maison. Forget the restaurant and breakfast overcrowded and dirty/messy. Bad personal all over. Never again! Keep far away!!!

we booked this hotel to be close to Roissy Charles de Gaulles airport, we are used to booking ibises and we are never disappointed but this, it was a shame to stay in this hotel at the price paid and a service which is not up to par with this category of hotel. - first of all we had to pay 10€ for parking although it was advertised at 5€ on the site - the model of the corridor leading to our room was covered in dry vomit and had an unpleasant smell. - the room was OK even if the bathroom was poorly cleaned - the worst was the next morning at breakfast, it was a battlefield, we had breakfast at 7 a.m., there was nothing left , no table was cleared, no staff in the room, no more clean cups, we had to open the cupboards to finally find paper cups to drink our coffee, I have never seen that, no communication from no excuses from the staff, there were foreign customers taking photos, it was such a scandal, I did the same, the image of France did not score any points that day. I will never set foot in this hotel again which is very well located.

We stayed for a week during Maison et Objet in this hotel and we were overall very satisfied with the service offered by the hotel, while keeping in mind that of course it is a three-star hotel and therefore the Claims should not be too high.. Certainly some of the finishes in the rooms leave something to be desired, but the kindness, availability and professionalism of the entire team takes precedence. A big congratulations and a big thank you to the entire hotel team, it's a pleasure to find staff who are smiling, available, kind... and not complaining... Simple but effective breakfast, homemade applesauce and madeleines hot are remarkable.

I stayed 1 night for a trip to the exhibition center. Very nice home. Comfortable room, large bed and clean bathroom with Italian shower. Breakfast with well-stocked buffet. Point of improvement: old carpet in the rooms and tired pillows.

Cataclysmic service (obvious lack of staff), terrible situation (lost between the motorway and the RER) and not easy proximity to the exhibition center. Allow at least 15 minutes on foot... which is not easy if you are loaded. Want to go out for a drink? It's impossible, there's nothing around. No bar, no pharmacy, no bakery… you are in the zone. So I tried the “la boucherie” restaurant, worthy of a motorway restaurant. As for “breakfast works?” » the products are lacking, the fruits are from another age... fortunately the madeleines are painfully recovering from this catastrophic note.
