This is worst! fraud hotel with dirty rooms and no running reasturents and zero service and rude staff provide roadside idly/sambhar in the name of bteakfast

Hotel is close to rely station and lots of good restaurants nearby. That's where the positive things end about this place. Rooms and washrooms are tiiiiny matchbox. Cockroaches and mosquito in room. Tv non functional. Just 1 towel. No housekeeping even on request. No room service provided. Restaurant was under renovation, hence not available. Staff were not helpful. Pathetic stay experience

- dust from vent fan in bathroom on very basin where we clean our mouth and wash hands /face
- mosquitoes, refused to give liquid repllet
- rude manager when raised concerns
- tv not working, refused to fix by reception
- stains on bedsheets

Extremely terrible hostel. No proper maintenance. In hotel profile, they have mentioned as power back up. But there is no power back up. I have to leave before time because of power issue. In room there are insects. Not able to sleep properly
