During our brief family stay at the Radisson Blu Resort in Visakhapatnam, the outstanding hospitality of the ‘365’ restaurant team truly made our visit memorable. From the warm welcome to the attentive service and delectable cuisine, every aspect of our dining experience exceeded expectations. The staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, and their thoughtful gestures added a special touch to our stay. Mr. Venkatesh ensured our food orders were meticulously taken care of, while Chef Azharuddin and his team crafted a delectable Indian dinner tailored to our tastes. A standout was the complimentary rasmalai infused with coconut, which was simply marvelous. The following morning, Mr. Pinakendu efficiently managed our orders at the buffet, further enhancing our pleasant experience. The team’s dedication truly ensures a delightful experience for all visitors. We wholeheartedly recommend ‘365’ to anyone visiting the resort. While our dining experience at ‘365’ was exceptional, there is significant room for improvement at the front desk. Despite arriving an hour late, we were made to wait for several minutes during check-in, with no clear communication about the expected wait time. The staff repeatedly extended the wait by 15 minutes each time the previous estimate expired. Furthermore, after check-in, we were advised to dial 9 for all services, including housekeeping. However, our requests were met with considerable delays. For instance, obtaining a refill of face tissues required multiple calls, a 45-minute wait, and eventually, a trip to the reception desk. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

This is a very nice place for Business traveller.. and this place is also under the accor group , totally recommend this !

The restaurant is not bad. Dinner buffet has turkey and roast suckling pig. Breakfast is Indian but there are many types. The view of the room from the sea side is very good, and the transportation is convenient. Is occasionally encountered a lot of people at the wedding.

Got a good deal in online .. really we didn't expected . Very good hotel and fare was good. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was grand. The rooms were really comfortabe and good. The property was clean and hygienic. Special thanks mentioned to Mr. Dhanunjay for early check-in. Definetly we ll visit again. Kudos to al staff.

Right from the check in you can see highly professional staff handling your requests and in the restraunts the wait staff are absolutely brilliant in suggesting the food and serving on time Special mention to Govind in R&G and Nookaraju as well They took good care of us Buffet breakfast spread can be improved there was no variety

1. The hotel is very close to the airport and can be reached in more than 10 minutes; 2. The doorman of the hotel will open the door and help carry luggage to the front desk to check in; 3. The hotel room is very clean and spacious. It will provide 4 bottles of pure water, slippers, bathrobes, bath towels, towels, toothpaste and toothbrush. 4. The hotel is noisy near the main road. The car horns can still be heard when the windows are closed and the curtains closed. Indians like to honk when driving. 5. It is still a sound insulation problem. The sound insulation of the room and the room is not well done. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 in the middle of the night, and it was 12:30 after washing. The TV sound next door was still loud and people were very noisy. 6. Because the itinerary is very fast, I have not experienced the hotel's other services, so I will not evaluate it.
