MERAVIGLIOSOOOOOOO Siamo ritornati ieri sera da Viterbo, abbiamo soggiornato nel loft verdi facente parte di questa struttura ma in un edificio adiacente...che dire, appartamento come da descrizione, tutto perfetto non mancava niente addirittura due tv e che tv!!!Ma una cosa meravigliosa i letti, stracomodi, cuscini in memory (avevo portato il mio e non ho dovuto usarlo come invece faccio di solito)!Colazione buona, aggiungerei un pochino di salato ma giusto per coprire più gusti possibili ma per me era perfetta!parcheggio a pagamento coperto, direi indispensabile!la location è al limite della ztl per cui per entrare e uscire in macchina è comodissimo!Il proprietario persona gentilissima e super disponibile.Torneremo sicuramente a Viterbo e soggiorneremo ancora da voi!Elena, Davide e Marco

Posizione strategica all'ingresso del centro storico, appena fuori dalla ZTL, ideale per arrivare in auto e soggiornare proprio di fronte Corso Italia che porta al centro della città vecchia e dei suoi gioielli di una bellezza mozzafiato, tutti da scoprire vagabondando, perdendosi nelle stradine. Il titolare, Riccardo, ci ha accolti e assisti meravigliosamente. Prima colazione molto varia e abbondante! Meglio di così non si poteva trovare..

Riccardo Vi ospita nel suo palazzo Verdi: una struttura perfettamente e recentemente ristrutturata, ottimi corredi e rifiniture, parcheggio coperto annesso. La pulizia è accurata, così come la colorata colazione servita con frutta fresca, dolci e biscotti vari (c’è un’attenzione anche ai celiaci). L’esperienza è arricchita dai suoi consigli di visita e sugli imperdibili ristoranti. Ad maiora.

******* did not advertise this property truthfully. We wanted a ground floor room, because of knee surgery. We got the ground floor, but the room was within 20 feet of a public area. The situation outside our door was frightening. A nearby restaurant had a band which started late and ended around 1:30 am, with young people milling around until 2:30 am. These young people were leaning up against our door and window. I will never use ******* again for a small hotel. Beware of their advertising.

Struttura al massimo delle nostre aspettative, super curata e soprattutto pulita. Tutto ordinato nei minimi dettagli. Personale disponibile, cortese e gentile. Consigliato il parcheggio privato della struttura. Colazione abbondante e molto gustosa. Non c'è nessuna nota negativa . Torneremo sicuramente 💪

Highly recommend this place! Location was Perfect!!! Our Host was so accommodating! He greeted us with lots of information about hotel & the area! Hotel room was spotless! Bed was super comfortable! We had to check out early the next day and our host came early to give us breakfast & made the check out speedy for us!!! Awesome place & host!!

Accolti con professionalità cordialità e gentilezza struttura nuova arredata in modo sobrio ma particolare tutti gli ambienti estremamente curati e puliti letto comodissimo colazione varia posizione strategica con possibilità di posto macchina in garage coperto. Un vero gioiello nel centro storico di Viterbo. La colazione varia e molto buona, ottima pulizia delle stanze e per finire gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario. Una struttura veramente bella che ha reso meraviglioso il nostro soggiorno.
