Best Western Hotel Viterbo
"Excelant rooms top"
Hotel Salus Terme - Adults Only
"I had booked a stay at Salus Terme Feb 2026 and was looking forward to it due to all the positive reviews. However the hotel just informed me that they will not be open then. I am not able to change my dates. Very disappointing."
Palazzo Dasso
"Excellent place, the staff were very kind, I came with my colleague for work reasons, we travel all over Italy for work and I can say that it is one of the best hotels I have been to, clean and comfortable rooms, you feel at home! I recommend 100%."

Palazzo Ubertini Urban Suites

SOHO By Dasso Fontana Grande Guest House
Phi Hotel Corte Delle Terme
"Beautiful location, large, bright and clean rooms. But small details were missing, for example they made us pay 2 euros for a bottle of water, I would have preferred to pay more for the room but to find a bottle of water available. There is no coffee machine which is now found in almost all hotels. I expected something more for breakfast too. The very kind staff"

Viterbo Antica - Centro Storico
"We spent 4 nights in the spacious, central apartment. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion etc provided. Cereal, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, juice, provided. Patrizia is the best hostess, generous, helpful. Stored our luggage & then carried up several stairs enabling us to check in early, after cleaning the apartment herself. I very highly recommend B&B Viterbo Antica."
Mini Palace Hotel
"English: I have been to this property during the Christmas markets that were and are taking place during this period during the weekend and not only. The property currently presents itself externally with a renovation or if we want to call it refreshment in progress. In fact, when I arrived outside, in front of the entrance to access the reception, there were some piles of earth that from what I understood were or are needed to fill the external wall, where some plants will be planted. The welcome was really kind and professional, we checked in and in a few minutes we took possession of the room that was on the first floor. Generally speaking, the general decor and style of the room is Vintage with Parquet on the floor. Room for three people of the right size with upholstery on the sides, like carpets which in my opinion, with the heating on, tends to increase the internal temperature. In fact, I noticed that the convector heater that was present, even programming it at low temperatures, still could not cool the room (we slept for a few hours with the window slightly open otherwise the room would not cool). I started thinking that the carpets surrounding us were to blame. Small but functional bathroom with shower. TV in the room with balcony overlooking the main road. As a hotel it is a very strategic hotel for how it is positioned, but it is not a 4 STAR as reported. Good quality and quantity breakfast. With a few small adjustments and with this refreshment they are doing it could really be a good place to stay."
Balletti Palace Hotel
"Staff are lovely, I'll admit. However, that does not make up for the ghostly atmosphere and simple barrenness of the rooms. A few bits of cheap pottery could even spice the place up a bit. You could probably make a few pots by scraping the crusted wallpaper from the rotted brick and moulding it together with some of the risotto they do downstairs. The beds creak more than the floorboards - which feel already feel unsteady; as if you could step down into your room and plunge to the first floor, through a tunnel of cobwebs. My walls were paper thin too - only constructed from flakes of dust and grime built up through the years - meaning I could hear every word that spat from the bloody Americans next door. Didn't get an ounce of sleep. Not that I ever would have been able to anyways: beside me was an air conditioning unit [at least that's what I thought it was] simply a metal, rattling box, only puffing warm air into all of my bodily canals every so often, continuously blowing my eyelids open every time they closed to take me away to dream land. The breakfast was decent. Good bread. Alright pasta - for Italy, I mean. Yet still, I wouldn't go here. Not even for a single night. The building is riddled with insects, ghosts and more insects. It has an old, simply lukewarm feel. Feels entirely ancient and pink - like a nursing or children's home. Genuinely creepy. If you're going to come - just be kind to the staff, I think they're all fully aware they're working in a rat-scavenged, sickening, rotting building - wanting to go home themselves. That's all from me. Don't come 'ere - save yourselves!"
Balletti Park Hotel
"We stayed in this hotel on a trip to the discovery of Tusca. Little out of hand, but quiet and still close to the localities we chose ( Tuscany, Civita di Bagnoregio, lago di Bolsena, Bolsena, Capodimonte and Viterbo). The hotel has a very friendly staff ( they came immediately to fix the TV that didn't work) and professional staff. The room is very comfortable and clean. We also have dinner in the Hotel Restaurant: excellent service as well as food."
La Suite del Borgo
"We stayed in a one bedroom with loft and a nice size kitchen with love seat. The bathroom has a washing machine. It is in the historic old town. Stefano was a wonderful and very helpful host. In the refrigerator we found cold cuts, cheese, yogurt and milk plus a good supply of coffee, tea and toast. Because it was perfect weather we would have enjoyed a small balcony or terrace, but with the windows open and a nice size kitchen table it was almost as good. We loved our stay and highly recommend La Suite del Borgo and Viterbo."
Le Pozze Terme B&B
"The B&B Le Pozze is located just a few minutes from Viterbo, near the term of the Masses. The owner and his friends have been welcome and hospitality with pleasant advice to visit the city and enjoy the local kitchen. The large and colorful room and the beautiful view of the park made the living pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast is good with marble prepared by the owner and a wide variety to satisfy each palace."
B&B A Piazza del Gesù
"Very clean and comfortable place, conveniently located. We had the room that looked onto the piazza (A1). The people were nice, the dogs were funny, and they have on-site parking."
Villa Olivieri B&B Wellness House
Bed and Breakfast Ellera Viterbo
"I was visiting lovely Viterbo to see family so my lad booked a room for me for 2 nights. The location is wonderful and could not be quieter but my navigator failed completely so I needed to use Waze instead. There is some minimal signposting but only when you have almost arrived! I was greeted by Roberto our host and shown to a lovely room with 2 beds as requested, the room had a great view over the garden and the bathroom too was splendid. I then went out to meet family so I was issued with a front door key plus a remote control to open the big front gates and that worked great. I was also warned that their credit card machine is not working which many establishments do cos they prefer cash!! Breakfast both mornings was good with fresh eggs plus bread and cheese and juice and coffee, When we were leaving Roberto did not have even 3 Euro change and expected me to pay the precise amount of the bill in cash which was slightly strange I thought. Anyway I paid and left, the bill was 167 Euro for the room and breakfast for 2 nights. I know some nearby hotels which charge less so I dont plan to return thanks!! "
