Holiday Inn Express Marseille Airport Reviews

The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is a buffet with many options. The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception staff member (Katia?) was particularly helpful finding a satisfactory solution to help me get to Marseille train station. The only downside to the hotel is its location as it is inaccessible by foot from the airport. If like me your flight is delayed and you arrive after midnight you miss the free hotel shuttle and you will need to take a taxi to the hotel. Arriving late also means that you will have difficulty booking a hotel shuttle place to the airport in the morning. So if possible make sure to book your place when you make your room reservation. The hotel is however within walking distance to the Vitrolles train station so that is a definite advantage if you need to take a train into the center of Marseille or to other cities in France.

Welcoming and nice staff, big hotel room. Holiday Inn Express located next to Holiday Inn, some services are shared by the two hotels, such as free shuttle bus from/to airport terminals between 5:00-24:00.

It’s really great. The kids love it. There’s free spring water. It’s delicious. The breakfast is delicious. There’s sausage, coffee, and bread. The kids have never eaten it. This is the first time we’ve had it. They love it.

Good location near airport, simple amenities, good value for money

Clean room. Breakfast well served and stocked if necessary. The only downside was the punctuality of the airport shuttle which was 10 minutes late.

Checked in after 12 o'clock and left before 8 o'clock in the morning, without even having breakfast. The hardware is good and the airport shuttle is also good. It takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. Opposite is the Holiday Inn, and this one is the Express. It's easy to get confused. The service attitude at the front desk in the morning needs to be improved.

The room is spacious and only 800-900 meters away from the train station. Airport drop-off can be reserved at any time. It is very convenient to take the train from Montpellier to catch the flight the next morning. The surroundings are very quiet and the street lights are very bright at night, which is very convenient for me who likes to run. Although the breakfast is simple, it has everything you need. The bread is delicious, and the yogurt and milk are very good.

We enjoyed this hotel after a late flight. Perfect organization for the shuttle. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The room is perfect and the bedding is of very good quality. The breakfast is also excellent. I 100% recommend this hotel and I would happily return.

Perfect for catching an early flight to Marseille-Provence or resting after a flight. Nothing to say.

Come fly the simulator, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk is very nice, and it is very close to the train station. On the day of check-out, I went to the airport at 4 o'clock to catch an early flight to Paris. I was worried about how to prepare breakfast, but I didn't expect that breakfast was already ready.
