The Location is amazing , the rooms was not clean at all the hotel needs renovation from doors to windows to bathrooms to ....... the mattress was very bad at the morning i have a back pain i asked to change it but they never changed. same breakfast for 3 days the stuff was good and helpful

Excellent experience. The hotel is located on a island in the river Nile, with beautiful sunrise scene and have friendly staff.

Hotel is a bit old , so the doors don’t close well and the shower head was degraded and broken , so the bathroom was flooded after a shower . Otherwise no complaints , great hotel . Just needs a little upgrade

The hotel rated itself as 5 star but it should be only 2 Stars as everything is damn old and service is super bad . The entrance door to room is very old and not very well functioning. The toilet door, balcony door are super old and my room door is broken . The bedsheet is not clean , stained and extra bed was so damn old . Toilet is dirty and stain . It is equal to a guest house . The staffs are not friendly and do not know exactly all information even opening hour of each restaurant. When we checked in, they do not know which room is available, keep switching and mess around with other clients room number. Don’t stay at this hotel !!! They cheat and all photos posted are many year ago.

Hotel is very old and located on an island which makes it a tad bit inconvenient even though a free ferry service is provided. The rooms were dusty and very old, and facilities were average. I would not recommend staying here again.

The hotel is located on an island. The Nile River can be seen on both sides of the hotel. The hotel's ferry is required to enter and exit the hotel, which is free. The hotel's ferry has a hotel-specific pier on the riverside in the city. Use Google Maps to search for Pyramisa Isis Island Pickup Point, and you can take a boat directly to the island to reach the hotel. There is also a pier at the door of the hotel, and there are boats to take guests back to the city at any time.

Mostafa is very responsible. Since the minibus driver picked up other passengers a little late, I was more worried that I would be forgotten by the driver. I was helpless in a foreign country and couldn't speak the language. I had no choice but to call Mostafa for help in the early morning. Unexpectedly, he answered the phone in seconds and said to me, "Don't hang out the phone, I'll be with you until the driver arrives, sorry for his late." Finally, we were successfully picked up and arrived at Abu Simbel Temple. This is the Egyptian I respect and trust the most in Aswan. That night, we accidentally lost 2,000 Egyptian pounds in cash while walking. When we found it, we were already some distance away from the ATM. Unexpectedly, we ran into Mr. Mostafa. I told him about it casually. He took us to the street to find an ATM very seriously and wished us a pleasant journey. ps: The waiter grandpa in the restaurant on the first floor is very dedicated and cute. I hope the staff of this hotel have a happy life.

The room is on the first floor. It is said to be newly renovated. The facilities are OK. The scenery is nice. It is alone on the island. There is a shuttle boat 24 hours a day (passing by the old waterfall). The breakfast is average.

The overall environment is good, but the facilities are too old. They need to be updated to better match the beautiful scenery. It’s a good choice in Aswan. The service needs to be improved. The two towels I asked for were not delivered when checking out.

The tour group driver said sorry. However, the boat is not available at any time, and it is still not convenient to enter and exit the island. Then, the hotel covers a large area, but the supporting facilities are not provided, because there are not many restaurants on the island. To eat, you have to take a boat to the other side, or choose a restaurant on the island🍴. Because it was after 8 o'clock in the evening, I didn't want to take the boat to the other side to eat, so I planned to eat at the hotel. As a result, there were few restaurants and even fewer were open. I searched for a long time to find an Italian restaurant and ended up eating the worst food so far. Pizza 🍕 and drinks 🥤. Then I had to go to the airport the next day and wanted the hotel to book a taxi🚕. The hotel staff said that if I go to him to book a taxi, he could give me a discount. The decoration of domestic hotels in the last century is completely different from the modern decoration photos on Ctrip.
