Была в этом отеле 6 лет назад , он был новый . Сейчас это полное разочарование. Из мелочей складывается впечатление. Обшарпанный номер, старое белье , убитые подушки, копеечные банные принадлежности( отсутствие шапочки для душа) и это все увенчивает отвратный завтрак, если его можно им назвать. Мы отдыхали в Питере 6.000 на двоих со шведским столом . Тут за 5.000 два сырника из клейстерного творога, дешевый йогурт, два кусочка батона. ТОВАРИЩИ это капец. Хочу спросить кто им дал 3 звезды и за что? Нужно быть , а не касаться и соответствовать. Не рекомендую и больше здесь не остановилюсь!!!

Очень понравилась гостиница.В номере чисто,хороший ремонт.Уборка ежедневно.Персонал доброжелательный,отзывчивый.Вкусные завтраки.Буду в Волгограде обязательно выберу этот отель.Потому что в сравнении с другими отелями он самый лучший

Списали 4000 рублей за номер, в котором мы отказались ночевать из- за холода. Как мне ответили представители , в Волгограде с 03.04 было отключено отопление. То есть, к моменту нашего приезда, отель уже 2 недели не отапливался. На ресепшене и в номерах запах сырости, очень холодно. На улице было 0 градусов, но здесь гостей совершенно не ждут . Оказывается гости по приезду сами должны включать обогреватели в комнатах и в ванной и обогревать их, если хотят переночевать и искупаться. А если отказываются это делать, а идут напротив ночевать в уже теплый и комфортабельный отель по цене ниже, чем этот, а сервисом выше , то деньги им не вернут. Хотя они не пользовались услугами, а просто потому что все номера пустые и зарабатывают на отказах гостей болеть у них и потратить на лечение в 5 раз больше. Никому не рекомендую этот отель.

Были в октябре 2021. Номера большие, симпатичные, чистые. В номере кровать- очень удобная, матрас и подушки супер. Есть диван и кресло. Душевая просторная, пол с подогревом. Тапочки и чайник с чашками есть. Напрягла слышимость , слышно все что происходит в соседнем номере.
