"An excellent hotel in the heart of Volgograd. Windows overlooking the central part offer views of the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Fallen Soldiers' Square is right next to the hotel. You can stroll to the Alley of Heroes and the embankment, where you'll find numerous cafes. In the summer, you can even take a boat ride. It's close to the train station and Russia's only metrotram—an underground high-speed tram. The hotel is designed in the Stalinist Empire style, and the restaurant, floors, and rooms retain a sense of a bygone era. The breakfasts are decent, and the service is pleasant. The doorman opens the heavy door, smiles, and wishes you a good day. We've probably stayed in 90% of Volgograd's hotels, and I definitely recommend the Intourist."

The breakfast has a good selection; you can have a normal breakfast. I recommend it!!!"

"I stayed at the Volgo-Don Hotel for over a week, and overall my impressions were positive. The hotel is located in the Krasnoarmeysky District, approximately 30 km from the city center, right on the banks of the Volga-Don Canal. The location is quite remote, but quiet, with pleasant views of the canal and residential buildings. All basic amenities are within walking distance: there's a Pyaterochka supermarket in the building, a Magnit store nearby, a tram stop a 5-minute walk away, and a shopping center about 10 minutes away. The building is typically Soviet-era, about 8 stories tall, and feels like a former dormitory, but the interior has been fairly well renovated. The room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping was performed daily. The amenities are good for a three-star hotel: a refrigerator, kettle, dishes, tea, coffee, and sugar. The bathroom has a full bathtub and shower, and we had no problems with the water supply. The Wi-Fi is stable, although not particularly fast, but sufficient for basic tasks. Mobile reception in this area is virtually nonexistent, but that's more a feature of the location than the hotel. Among the downsides: a very basic breakfast with minimal selection, suitable only for the most unfussy guests. I was also a bit surprised by the maid's behavior, asking me where I was going every morning—it seemed overly intrusive. The very small elevator is also worth noting: it's cramped for two people, and it's difficult to use with luggage. Overall, this is a good option for a quiet stay, especially if quiet, canal views, and nearby amenities are important."

By the way , we lived a lot , a whole football team , more than 50 people , but we never managed to settle the moments . In a word the Armenian cheapest institution , even for this money - it is a shame . I never recommend staying here !"
