Hotel in pieno centro, un po' datato ma pulito, accogliente e funzionale (solo il frigo non funzionava). Colazione super abbondante e buona. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto consigliato

Enjoyed our stay. Good hotel, a bit dated rooms - showers quite small. Included breakfast was average - nothing wrong with average! Just not quite the quality of other 4 stars I have stayed at. A very good average hotel.

I loved this place it's not a fancy big hotel but quite small with small rooms and a private pool . Breakfast was a treat think of a bed and breakfast in a medieval town . It is in the city walls so you can pay extra for parking and have access to the city center . If you want big and fancy this may not be for you ❣️friendly staff clean and efficient I was truly impressed and had a great experience ☺️

La città la conosciamo bene e pure l'Hotel: proprio per questo ritorniamo spesso. Ma, oltre la location (pressoché unica) ed i servizi, impeccabili, mi piace per una volta segnalare... il personale. Che siate in piscina oppure a far colazione oppure alla reception oppure in camera... troverete Eleonora, Samantha, Jenny, Lisa, Dorotea, Antonio, Antonina, e mi fermo qui, e capirete cosa significa trascorrere una vacanza serena e pienamente confortevole.

La posizione di questo hotel é assolutamente strategica, in centro a Volterra. Le camere sono accoglienti anche se il bagno è un po' limitato. Ottima l'accoglienza del personale realmente interessato ad assistere gli ospiti. Buona la colazione, anche con prodotti tipici del territorio. Positivo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Posizione strategica nelle mura, personale molto gentile, colazione molto ricca (soprattutto la parte dei dolci con numerose e ottime torte fatte in casa), cortile con piscina molto bello. Nota negativa: le camere sia per l'arredamento vecchio stile sia per la piccola dimensione soprattutto del bagno.

L'hotel sorge in un antico convento di clausura, nel centro storico di Volterra, ogni stanza ha il nome di una suora, a noi è capitato suor Placida, la stanza spaziosa e ben arredata, affaccia sulla piscina a disposizione degli ospiti dell'albergo, dov'è presente anche un bar. Ottima la colazione con dolce e salato con alcuni prodotti locali, personale di sala gentilissimo Annesso all'albergo pagando un piccolo supplemento vi è il parcheggio coperto, autorizzando così l'accesso nella zona ztl. Personale professionale e gentilissimo, disponibile a risolvere ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Un pomeriggio l'ascensore si è bloccata, pertanto mia moglie che ha problemi di deambulazione non poteva andare in camera al secondo piano, ebbene il personale dell'albergo, quasi mortificato (sebbene il problema non fosse dipeso da loro) ma con simpatia dolcezza e professionalità hanno fatto di tutto per renderci l'attesa gradevole, finché un addetto dell'albergo, grazie al supporto telefonico di un tecnico ha fatto ripartire l'ascensore. Grazie di tutto, siete speciali.

Hotel ricavato da antico convento di suore di clausura e splendidamente ripreso. Centralissimo a poche centinaia di metri da piazza dei priori. Camere pulite anche se non certo spaziose poichè ricavate dalle antiche celle delle suore. Wifi, piscina stupenda ove una volta vi era la vigna, garage, colazione abbondantissima e personale molto cortese. Prezzo assolutamente nella media.
