Das ehemalige Kloster liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll hergerichtet. Parken am Haus war kein Problem. Frühstück lecker. Sehr nettes Team an der Rezeption.

Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a goderci le notti prenotate per motivi familiari,ma non possiamo non recensire la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale di questa struttura, interessante la location ,particolare ed intrigante per molti motivi,spazi ampi e puliti,ci siamo riproposti di tornarci sicuramente....bravi.

Hervorragendes Hotel. Allgemein ein Schönes Gebäude. Schönes Zimmer und Bad war alles ordentlich und in gutem Zustand. Am Abend nach der Erkundung von Volterra kann man gemütlich im Garten den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das Hotel Restaurant ist ebenfalls hervorragend und nur zu empfehlen. Alle speisen haben durchweg hervorragend geschmeckt und waren ansehnlich angerichtet. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Belli gli ambienti originari del convento ma poco curate le camere forse avrebbero bisogno di un rimodernamento soprattutto i bagni. Peccato per gli affreschi originali che sono deteriorati ma la struttura mantiene il fascino del passato. Ottima l'accoglienza discreta la ristorazione.

Despite some deficiencies, I’d still give Chiostro a top rating. (Booking it you know it’s not a 5 star resort) Our room was spacious,clean & comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. Parking free, safe & right outside It was an easy walk to the beautiful city of Volterra. The dining room is excellent. We ate both dinners there. The breakfast provided was also excellent. All the staff was wonderful & so helpful. The internet in our room was spotty. The staff know & that is being addressed. We learned that the internet is a problem throughout Volterra. We were very pleased & would love gladly return to Chiostro delle Monache & Volterra.

Che dire....se si può evitare ...non lo consiglio..i prodotti sono di ottima qualità ma lavorati malissimo o nn lavorati affatto...mi dispiace per il titolare perché il posto è veramente bello ma secondo me si mantiene col turismo..chi passa una volta nn ci ritorna....
