Personnel très disponible.
Emplacement excellent à 400m du musée Michelin et à 4 stations du centre-ville en tram (station stade Michelin 200m de l'hotel).
Logement très propre.
Petit déjeuner classique (pain, beurre, confiture + croissant, jambon et fromage.).

The accommodation was really comfortable and clean. The reception staff were also friendly. One thing to note is that there is no hair dryer!! You have to pay and borrow money at the reception. This was the most disappointing part. Breakfast was decent.
