It's our first day of a week's stay and it's been fantastic. If you come here and then write about shortcomings you need to stay away and go to hotels in England and pay through the nose Staff are great. Wouldn't recommend! Me and my partner booked here for our babymoon and was very disappointed as we feel like the photos were a false advertisement of the hotel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel in anyway! We had ants in our hotel room that were nesting in the phone, everytime we took it to reception saying we don't want the phone in our room they just apparently cleaned out the phone and gave it us back which annoyed us and the ants kept coming and finding the phone once it was back in the room so we ended up just having to shove it in the corner of the room so it was no longer next to the bed! First few days the air conditioning was hot air! Room was so warm and was difficult to sleep but after we mentioned that within a day or so they did change it to cold. Most of the restaurant staff are rude! We got ignored so many times and one lady didn't bring our drinks over once, so I just went and sorted it myself because it was the only way we were getting a drink that day and then some days her head was elsewhere when asking what drinks we wanted causing her to bring over the wrong drinks! Our flight home we weren't getting picked up till 7pm so we asked about late check out the day before as we were told and were told no even though the other people we got speaking to while here all got late check out! As a pregnant woman a few extra hours with the room would of been a massive help! Food was poor! Small selection of the same stuff everyday and wasn't a large range! We pretty much lived off chips, pizza and pasta the whole week! Lied about the restaurant on the beach aswell, that doesn't exist! There is a little pool bar which serves buffet style a few left over things from breakfast/lunch but flys crawl over it. If you're looking for a beach holiday this isn't the place! It's got a small area of what looks like a man made beach! Once in the sea you'll need footwear as its all stone. Again the pictures have false advertised here! Hotel isn't close to a town which I didn't realise! Can't just walk out the hotel and be in a town with other restaurant and shops, would have to walk for about 35 mins before you reach anything, and about an hour if you want to go to the more popular town near by! Only nice thing about this hotel is the pool and the entertainment staff! Pool was freezing but quite refreshing when the weather was very hot. Not the babymoon we had in mind which was a shame! Feel very let down by the hotel and would recommend for people to book elsewhere.

Nice, small and very friendly hotel, its the staff here that make the difference nothing to much trouble. A little out of the way, nothing is around to walk out to, but sissi and malia either side and just a few euros in a taxi. My husband and I stayed here with our daughter who has very limited mobility and special educational needs, although the hotel was lovely, they're not set up for disabled travelers, the pool had only ladders into it so my daughter couldn't get in or out, and the kids pool wasn't suitable as shes an adult. The hotel is built on 2 levels with lots of steps and only 2 small lifts, which i could see may be a problem should the hotel be busy, which thankfully it wasn't when we stayed. The restaurant staff are amazing, but run off their feet, maybe a couple of drinks stations so guests can get their own drinks would take some pressure off the staff? Cannot end this without a big shout out to Ioanna and Anna, both ladies went above and beyond to help us and our daughter enjoy our holiday here.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was fresh and felt clean. The hotel itself was so lovely, and the staff were too. It’s right on the beach and there were always plenty of sun loungers you could move onto the sand, grass or by the pool. The pool was also nice and warm. There were plenty of snacks, food and drinks always available!
