The hotel offers breathtaking views over the Aeolian Islands, making it an idyllic retreat for those seeking both tranquility and beauty. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful ambiance and the stunning vistas that surrounded us. Various dining options offer a delightful range of culinary experiences. Breakfast had delicious offerings, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. However, while the staff was undeniably eager to assist and ensure a pleasant experience, their enthusiasm sometimes felt overwhelming. During our meals, we found that the presence of multiple staff members attending to us at once created a sense of distraction rather than a relaxed atmosphere. Despite this, our overall stay was perfect.With its stunning location and superb accommodations, the hotel is an enjoyable retreat, though a more balanced approach to service would enhance the dining experience even further.

Abbiamo visitato questo hotel, con grandi aspettative create dal passaparola e dal marchio Leading Hotels. Purtroppo, l'esperienza non è stata neanche lontanamente all'altezza delle aspettative che ci siamo creati. Ci aspettavamo un legame più profondo con il territorio, tipico di strutture più piccole e curate. Un episodio particolarmente negativo è stato il comportamento poco professionale del barman, durante una conversazione telefonica dietro le nostre spalle. Le nostre osservazioni non sono state accolte con apertura, anzi, sono state liquidate con commenti poco appropriati, rivolgendosi al suo superiore definendoci in modo offensivo. È stato un atteggiamento poco professionale. In generale, abbiamo riscontrato una discrepanza tra la reputazione a cinque stelle dell'hotel e la qualità del servizio offerto, sono stati pochi gli standard rispettati. Il minimum spending viene applicato, per i non residenti in struttura, solo per l'ingresso in hotel, i cocktail vengono fatti pagare a parte. Sconsigliamo vivamente questa struttura.

Hotel meraviglioso che non smette mai di stupire e per la location e per l'empatia che lo staff ha con ogni ospiti hotel. L'offerta FB riesca sempre a stupire e meravigliare ogni qualvolta si ritorna. Umberto e Pierpaolo ci hanno fatto sentire di casa coccolandoci e consigliandoci sulle varie attività messe a disposizione!!! Bravi tutti continuate così!! CC

Ho trascorso 3 giorni in questa straordinaria struttura, dalla cortesia in accoglienza, al servizio navetta, alla ristorazione impeccabile! Le camere, il panorama, la pulizia e il servizio di altissimo livello rende il Therasia un angolo di Paradiso. Cercavo una breve fuga dalla routine quotidiana, dedicando 3 giorni a me stessa…e riservando diversi trattamenti in SPA posso affermare che tutti gli appuntamenti hanno superato ogni mia aspettativa. Non esiste improvvisazione, come a volte accade in strutture anche di pari livello, sia il personale SPA che tutto lo staff è formato e interamente dedicato al benessere degli ospiti. Per quel che mi riguarda, non c’è stata una sola virgola fuori posto. Malgrado fosse il mio primo soggiorno al therasia, a differenza di altri 5 stelle che spesso si dimostrano freddi ed eccessivamente impettiti, dal mio arrivo ho avuto subito una sensazione di calore e mi sono sentita a mio agio, come se conoscessi già quei luoghi. Tornerò sicuramente

La location è stupenda immersa in uno scenario naturale da perdere il fiato. Dal Therasia si possono ammirare tutte le Isole Eolie seduto a bordo piscina con vista faraglione di fronte. Il tutto in un contesto naturale ed architettonico in perfetta sintonia che fa davvero godere di un vero relax l’ospite. Uno dei posti più belli al mondo per me. Ci vengo e ritorno ormai da circa 20 anni ed è come fosse la prima volta!!! Super Stra Consigliato

Struttura bellissima in un luogo da favola con vista su tutte le isole Eolie. Servizi eccellenti e personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Molte possibilità di escursioni nelle isole vicine. Oltre alle piscine di acqua dolce e di mare, l'accesso al bagno in mare era agevole. Una vacanza indimenticabile!

Unico resort 5 stelle delle isole Eolie, sinceramente le merita tutte per quanto riguarda location accoglienza e servizi. Diversa la situazione per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, che pur riconoscendogli la ottima qualità dei prodotti serviti, pecca nella qualità del servizio reso da personale decisamente impreparato per il livello della struttura.Inoltre, come se non bastasse coordinato ,si fa per dire ,da un soggetto definito “il Responsabile “che trascinandosi da un angolo all’altro dei locali in cerca di appoggi sui quali si scompone, polemizza e redarguisce continuamente ad alta voce il personale. Insomma la classica nota inutile e stonata che una struttura di questa levatura non può e non deve permettersi. Inutile precisare che la mia critica non è rivolta alla persona ma alla sua professionalità. Per tutto il resto un soggiorno indimenticabile.

Organizzazione e personale eccellente. Servizi e cortesia ai massimi livelli. Ma…esiste un ma. Tutti i ristoranti a prezzi decuplicati; non puoi pagare una margherita a € 29 o una brioches con gelato € 15, forse un collegamento “alla realtà “ sarebbe auspicabile. A tacere dei vini. Tutti i ristoranti (giustamente) fissano i prezzi a 100/150 volte il prezzo dell’etichetta, ma qui si esagera, il prezzo è ricaricato oltre 700 ( se non 1000) volte: pratica molto scorretta. Sarebbe meglio rivedere “queste fasi”
