The hotel itself isn't bad, but there are a few small remarks regarding cleanliness: a bit of mold in the shower, and the floor there is very slippery with a drain that clogs with hair. Otherwise, the hotel is very neat, the staff are lovely, there's a big pool, and the breakfasts are tasty, though there isn't much European-style food.

The room was clean and tidy with an expansive view of the sea. The hotel's location is very convenient; just cross the road downstairs and you're at the beach, and there's a snack street right next door.

The beach is right across the road, which is a great location.

I booked 5 rooms for my family. The hotel stated check-in time was 3 PM. However, my family arrived early at 12:45 PM. Around 1:30 PM and 2 PM, three rooms for adults were ready, but the two family rooms weren't available until 2:50 PM. Yet, guests who arrived after me at 2:30 PM already had their rooms. When I asked why, they said the housekeeping department was still cleaning. I asked why they couldn't prioritize cleaning for earlier arrivals, as I had waited for two hours. With several young children in our group, the late check-in led to the kids asking about it two or three times, and the front desk staff seemed a bit annoyed. The only exception was a staff member named Phuc, who was enthusiastic and had a great attitude. The rest of the staff seemed irresponsible and had very poor attitudes. Although I know it wasn't yet check-in time, for such a large hotel, the initial impression from the staff's attitude was quite disappointing. The front desk is the face of the hotel, and they are the first people guests encounter. A poor initial experience makes it difficult to have a good overall impression. The toilet in the bathroom still had a bad odor. Regarding the buffet food, the quality was good.

The room was okay, but the soundproofing wasn't great. Breakfast was decent. My family has been staying at this hotel since it first opened. Sometimes, though, there's a cigarette smell in the toilet.
