BH Residence Inn Hotel & Apartment

Very disappointed with my latest stay at BH Residence Inn from the first day of checking in. Struggle to get even a basic request without asking numerous times. There’s no hot water to shower in the morning and night time as they depend on solar power and won’t flick the electricity for hot water during the night. Be prepared for cold showers. Was moved from an apartment to a room without any hot water and then was asked to moved again. Housekeeping was slacked in cleaning the room. They were supposed to clean the room daily as advertised but was told just then that’s it is every two days which I protested. Another advice is to check your hotel rate first as all three of us got different rates for the same room. Kudos to the receptionist who was helpful in resolving our problems with room keycards and housekeeping issues.

Expected to check in apartment 202A on 1st December 2023 but it was still occupied. They then put me into apartment 401B and expected for me to move again when the other apartment is ready. Really disappointed with the new staff as they are not ready to deal with problems you might encountered with. Also bear in mind that I went to checked in with two other friends and all of us got different rates for the same room. I was quoted 450,000vnd per night whilst my mates were quoted 300,000vnd per night. Asked them why and they finally agreed to charge the same rate of 300,000vnd but not for the first two nights. First two nights there was no room service when the hotel said it’s everyday. Have to let senior management know to get things moving. After changing rooms twice and the last room being 205b I have to showered in cold water for 3 days before moving to another room 203 which is smaller but at least have hot water to shower. Very disappointed this time as I have stayed previously without any hassle. Also the room keycards doesn’t work. Have to see reception at least 4 times in total as at 6/12/23

The BH is well placed in Vung Tau an near other Hotels, Mart, Restaurant, Chemist the place to meet Expats, the hotel is clean an great personal who speak English. Rate 8/10 Bull. Sorry but is very good you can see that it's good the weather is good the food is fine in this area
