Fantastic hotel. The staff are excellent. Very polite and helpful. Near to beach, bars, and restaurants. Big swimming pool, fast WiFi. Breakfast is ok with a choice of European food.

Very good location, easy for any meal. Prefer tourist area.

The geographical location is very good, close to the beach and tourist attractions.
Facilities are not good and employees are not friendly.
Breakfast too. It wasn't great and there were a lot of foreigners backpacking.

When I arrived they told me at the front desk they had upgraded me to a better room at no charge. I had booked a city view room. When I unpacked and opened the curtains, I was surprised had had a view of the back parking lot and I was only on the second floor. Other that that room was fine. Breakfast is not great.
