Mình mới có 1 chuyến đi VT 2N1Đ và đã book phòng ở Premier Pearl.
1. Ưu điểm:
- Vị trí dễ tìm n*** bãi trước.
- Thang máy nhanh.
- Các chú bảo vệ nhiệt tình, vui vẻ.
- Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi.
2. Nhược điểm:
- Mình không nhận được welcome drink nào cả.
- Cách âm siêu siêu tệ, đang ngủ mà phòng khác con nít đùa giỡn, gia đình gọi nhau í ới vẫn nghe rất rõ :))
- Mình book thêm nửa ngày đến 17h và đã báo 2 lần với 2 bạn nhân viên ca chiều ngày 31/03 cũng như đã đồng ý với mức giá các bạn đưa ra nhưng đến ngày 01/04 lúc gần 13h chiều lại có nhân viên khác của khách sạn gọi hỏi mình có muốn gia hạn ở thêm không? Chẳng lẽ những thông tin mình trao đổi vào ngày hôm trước chỉ để cho có thôi chứ không có giá trị gì?
- Phòng có muỗi, thậm chí mình đã bị đốt rất nhiều =))) Mình có báo khách sạn và được xử lí sau đó nhưng đến ngày 01/04 ngủ trưa dậy vẫn bị đốt =)))) Nên những bạn nào có da nhạy cảm như mình thì nên mang theo soffell sẵn.
- Khi check out nhân viên có hỏi mình có dùng 1 ly mì phải không? Nhưng mà lúc mình nhận phòng thì chả có ly mì nào chứ đừng nói đến việc mình dùng. Khi mình báo lại là phòng không có ly mì nào hết thì nhân viên lễ tân nói ly mì được để trên bàn quầy mini bar ạ. Mình trả lời "khi nhận phòng không có, em có thể check lại thùng rác". Bạn im lặng và mình không nhận được lời nào thêm về vấn đề này cũng không xin lỗi khách vì nhầm lẫn? Khách sạn 4 sao mà không thống nhất được cách set-up phòng và nhân viên cũng không được training khi nào cần nói câu xin lỗi và cám ơn với khách?
- Cuối cùng, mình book trên app Trip.com và có note muốn phòng ở tầng 17, khách sạn cũng đã xác nhận nhưng phòng mình nhận được là phòng tầng 8 và view ngược hoàn toàn với cái view biển mà mình mong muốn :)) Sau khi check clip trên TikTok của một số bạn book đc cái view như mình muốn ở hạng phòng này thì đc biết muốn book đc phòng có view như vậy phải liên hệ trực tiếp với khách sạn qua Facebook và book trực tiếp. Không biết thông tin này có đúng hay không nhưng nếu đúng thì khách sạn có thể ngừng liên kết với các app khác cho công bằng chứ note cũng như không rồi 🙂
Về cơ bản những vấn đề này không lớn nhưng cũng khá ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm của mình ở 1 khách sạn 4 sao và nếu hỏi có quay lại không thì câu trả lời của mình là không.
