Wow!!! First of all, the Beer family gives you personal attention. The location is really great, close to everything. The apartment is of a high standard with large and spacious rooms, every detail has been thought of, a fully equipped and high standard kitchen, a large balcony with a wonderful view, there is a large lobby, a games room, parking and a pool for guests. In short, highly recommend.

From the minute you step in, you feel the warmth and passion from the family. The room is nice and tidy and everything works as it should. The entire hotel personnel is very service-minded, asking how you slept or if you would like a cup of coffee brougt to your room. This is not the flashiest hotel you will find, but definitely the one where you will feel most at home.

Family run hotel where you always feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel, as you would expect, is spotlessly clean and a lovely mix of modern and traditional. Roland is an excellent chef and the food is wonderful. Special thanks to Herr and Frau Beer (Senior) and to Roland and family. We will be back 😊 ⛷ ⛷

Freundlicher Empfang,großzügige Zimmer, hervorragende Sauberkeit. Halbpension mit 4-gängigem Abendessen sehr gut. Nachteilig sehr hellhörige Zimmer; direkt an der Hauptkreuzung,daher einigermaßen Verkehrslärm

Just wanted to share what a fabulous time we'd had at Hotel Schattauer in Wagrain. From the very friendly greetings from all of the family and staff on arrival and everyday, the tasty breakfasts to the lovely 5 course evening meals, the cosy warm bedrooms, with plenty of storage (important when skiing) and the relaxing baths. Wagrain is a lovely town, with good bars and hotels to visit and what great connections throughout the ski area! We will definitely return. Thanks to the Bear family and your lovely team!

Geweldige tijd en ongeloooofelijk lief en vriendelijk personeel! TOP! Zeer lekker eten en ruime en heel propere kamers. De bediening aan de tafels was uitstekend! Zeer vriendelijk naar kinderen en zeer gedienstig! Topvakantie achter de rug!

Tolles familiengeführtes Hotel, Inhaber und Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich, sauber, vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, herrvorragendes Abendwahlmenü und sehr flexibel mit Sonderwünschen, gemütliche Doppelzimmer mit separaten WC und Dusche.

Het is een prima hotel gelegen in een leuk dorp. Lieve mensen. Super goede verzorging en uitstekend eten. Mooie ruime, schone kamers. Een lekker warm ski-hok. Een hele goede ervaring en een hele fijne week gehad. Zeker aan te bevelen voor een skivakantie. Ski bus vlakbij.
