This is the worst hotel you can experience, the hotel is so dirty cause health issues, the service is horrible, do not stay with this hotel!

Beautiful property and location. Property feels up to date and offers lots of free activities for guests. Recommend getting an ocean view or oceanfront room. You have to sign up early for restaurant reservations, luau, off-property activities and rental cars. Even resort activities and lounge chairs require you grab the spots early. Also recommend the shopping and restaurants right across the street for cheaper options.

I visited again 10 years after my honeymoon, and it was nice to experience the consistently good environment and facilities. Recommended for family travel.

The decoration of the room is very old. There are ants and flying insects on the sink in the ground floor room, and there is a damp and musty smell. The bathroom is very narrow and damp. Overall experience is average

The hotel is very large and the scenery is beautiful. It's the season for humpback whales. You can see whales playing on the sea every day.

The tower is newly renovated, the whole hotel is very comfortable and quiet, very suitable for vacation

Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort is a top resort hotel village with its own seaside beach and other facilities. The Tapa building where I live is divided into two types of rooms: one type (above the 19th floor) is recently newly renovated, and the other type is not yet completed. The former is recommended.

The facility room is old, the sink leaked, and I almost slipped and went to the front desk to negotiate, but there was no response, not even an apology

The worst impression is the hotel's food and beverages, I ordered a room service, 🍋The surface is dry, you can't squeeze the lemon juice, Taco's vegetables are also extremely stale and shriveled. The side dishes of wonton soup are also not wanting to eat at first glance. I recommend going to Andaz next door for dinner, remember to make an appointment in advance. Check out miscalculated the parking fee, charged an extra day for valet parking, and took time to contact the hotel to change the bill at the airport

Not bad, the outside environment is not bad

We loved our stay here! The staff was amazing as well as all of the food we had. It was also nice having options for pools to go to. My girls loved the family pool!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and can’t wait to return! The staff was so friendly and attentive! The room was beautiful. Food and service were excellent!
