Everything was superb. The only issue was the ‘in window air conditioner (the king you find at roadside motels) that was super loud and vibrated hard enough to shake the sliding glass door beside it. So, if you like that white noise, cool. I was there in the Winter, so open windows with no air conditioner worked fine.

The condos were very nice and the grounds were lovely. Maui had changed a lot since I visited many years ago. There was a lot of traffic. There was not a major name grocery store anywhere nearby. We saw a Safeway and WalMart by the airport. Saw very few places to go for breakfast so ended up at Jack in the Box . had to go to one of the high end hotels in Wailea for a nice dinner. Tons of high rise condos everywhere. The beach and ocean were beautiful but wouldn't go back again. The lushly beautiful tropic island has changed too much.

Overall it was a great place to stay. It was clean, roomy and was supplied with all the basic things necessary for the day to day. The resin I gave a 4 is because even though we get charged a cleaning fee, we still were asked to take garbage and recyclables to the bins and sweep up any extra sand at the end of our stay. I understand some renters can be pretty messy but I think most are respectful of other peoples property.

A really great property, awesome staff and location. Literally 3 minutes from our room to the beach. But unit in need of an update and deep clean.

F106 ONLY!! This is a private owned condo. Although it was clean, we were greeted with the worst mold smell imaginable. When we first opened the door to the condo, it smelled like cat pee. Later we found out that the condo must have had some sort of flood and the carpet had never been replaced. My friend who stayed in the master bedroom got really sick and was sure it was due to the mold. We had to buy cans of Febreze, baking soda and extra box fans just to make the stay tolerable. They also had little kitchen supplies and only 1 snorkel mask. The beach chairs had old moldy food stuffed in them. The condo was built and has never been updated. The TV's were from the 90's and didn't work correctly. We were very disappointed and will never stay here again.

This was the best trip to Maui ever! The Maui Banyan was perfectly located directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to great food and shopping. The condo we stayed in was newly renovated and so cute! Having two bathrooms was perfect! The service was great, we thought we would not have any maid service during our stay, but 4 days in fresh towels were delivered! Parking was free and readily available. And the sunsets each night were heavenly! We cannot wait to go back!

Over all the property is amazing. It's located on Kihei road making it right in the middle of expensive, but amazing shops. They have kayaks and Surf boards you can grab to go out to the beach located right across the streets or any other beach.
The room was clean, well managed and house keeping was consistent. The only downside was the floor being a bit dirty, but other than that the property parking, pools, room and staff were all excellent.
