Courtyard Mews

So we never got to visit this accommodation due to the owner cancelling our stay the day before we were due to travel 4 hours and stay. Our stay was cancelled due to an on going heating issue that I see on another review being an issue back over Chris**as a month ago. I made this booking some months ago however due to the heating being a problem I feel a curtesy email regarding this prior to the cancellation would have help myself and family of 5 to have prepared rather than less than 24 hours to try and plan other accommodation. Very unprofessional.

We stayed at Courtyard Mews very short notice and within an hour the beds were made up, we were shown how to use all the appliances, heating, etc. and we even had a welcome pack for the fridge. The whole place was clean and well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The apar**ent has gated parking too, which was a bonus. We had a very bad experience with the apar**ents on the next road (dirty, flooded bathroom), and the owner of Courtyard Mews was kindness itself.

Perhaps a little tired in some of the decor,but overall comfortable stay. Good location for city centre,there was a local shop just round the corner for necessities which was very convenient.

Very spacious apar**ent, convenient location and extremely quiet. Comfortable bed. Didn't receive check in information until the last minute which caused some worry, but Harry was very friendly and helpful once we arrived. Was disappointed that there were no toilet rolls or toiletries provided. Overall though would recommend.

Very helpful, friendly host. Fantastic, spotless, spacious and modern apar**ent. Host couldn’t have been more helpful. Very relaxing break and will definitely return. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kids loved it too. Plenty of food places and shops nearby. Excellent facilities in the apar**ent. No complaints at all.

Unexpectedly this was an amazing self catering apar**ent motel. Host Harry was so accomodative and was available whenever we needed help. Accessing the apar**ent on arrival had to contact Harry the host who gave us instructions how to get the keys to the apar**ent. There were minor shortcomings. The electric cooker was a conandrum to use. We had to look up how to use it on Google. Wish there were instructions available. The oven shelves were falling down so using it was touch and go mostly. Apart from the above short coming we had a fantastic stay. It was clean and welcomjng apar**ent with a great kitchen. Place had a security gate to access and had easy parking. Short distance from supermarket. Easy access to motorway. Very quiet apar**ent with friendly neighbours. If we are back again this will be our choice again. Thanks Harry!!
