"All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield."

"The staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The room was very clean big enough for short stay. Disappointed with having to pay for car parking . Would have liked dining to Finnish maybe 10 _10:30ish. Meals were good though. Would be easier to find if sign nearer the road."

"A great stop over place with free parking. Spent 6 days here, the room was clean and warm. Front desk staff were sweet and friendly. We will stay again. The Moto restaurants were a few steps away and a great option for affordable breakfast. Hotel amenities were minimal but enough."

"I had a king size room and the bed size was more like a super king which is great. The shower was good but I think taller people would struggle due to it being raised off the ground. The AC was working but appeared to be undersized in my opinion, it would probably be beneficial if they utilised free cooling with with lower temperatures in the UK."

"Booked a room with one double bed, was a really good room, clean all around and completely satisfactory especially for the price 👌. Only minor issue I had was a slight high pitched noise coming from the radiator but soon managed to ignore it. Would definitely reccomed staying at this hotel. Quick & easy service"
