We enjoyed our stay at the super eight motel and Wall South Dakota. Nice little community and the accommodations were fine and the bed slept very nice. Made for an enjoyable and relaxing nights sleep. Visiting downtown Wall and the famous wall drug wasn’t enjoyable experience and everyone we encountered was knowledgeable to the area and was friendly and courteous.

We stayed at Americas Best Value Inn in Wall, SD for one night as we passed through SD. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant. On the first morning of our stay, I discovered numerous bites on my torso. The itching was unbearable, and it significantly impacted the rest of our vacation. I emailed the hotel to report the issue and give them an opportunity to address it. While I received a response, it was a generic, automated message that did not adequately address my concerns. After following up multiple times, I finally received a more personalized response, but there was no offer of a refund. The hotel claimed to have investigated and found no evidence of bedbugs, but I remain unconvinced. It is now nearly three weeks later, and the bites are still inflamed and itchy. I have continued to reach out to the hotel, but I have received no further response. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Americas Best Value Inn. The lack of customer service and the unresolved health issue have left a negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The unit was clean including all the counter tops. They have installed laminate flooring . the towels were fluffy and new , the sheets crisp and not stained. Nice lamps and fixtures too. Overall a pleasant stay. The check in person was pleasant They do not have an elevator so if u r on the top level u have to schlep your bags up the stairs. Also no breakfast on site but they have a coupon for waffles and biscuits and gravy at a local cafe they own.the breakfast offerings are limited so just beware.

Was looking for a room for the night and was well before check in time. The hotel manager let me park my truck at the hotel while I went to enjoy the nearby sites until check in time. Was amazed at the size and amenities in the room. It is an older hotel, but has been renovated. It was a most enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for an entire week. The room we got was very clean and comfortable; yes it had a fridge and microwave. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Though they don’t serve food here, they do give you coupons for a free drink and breakfast at a restaurant 5 minutes away. The entrance to Badlands National Park is 8 miles away. Night time was very quiet and relaxing. Rapid City is about 50 minutes away and the Blackhills is a little over an hour, in case you’re wondering.
