Hotel is fine, the staff is nice. Novotel airport is easy to reach by the public bus shuttle. No issue to catch a flight even very early in the morning. Rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The squarish ”sleeping factory” design of the hotel features long corridors flanked with rabbit holes doors... Depending on where your room is located by reaching the lift, your daily jogging is done.

Easy check in. Very convenient location to the MUC airport. Family room is small for four with not much storage but clean and sufficient for one night. Airconditioning & wifi worked great. You cannot drive and drop of luggage right by the reception. It's a little bit of a walk around the house. approximately 30 meters, not great if it's raining. Expensive breakfast for the choices given. €10 for a continental breakfast with jams, cold cuts and boiled eggs plus some cereals, coffee, tea and juice.

Luxury as expected, blanket are too large, night lights are kind of sensitive and start off too often. Entrance looks rather like a underground bunker...

Rooms are very beautiful optically, but there are great shortcomings in all corners. Headsets and bed are a disaster. The room has no air conditioning and it was not very hot evening despite not so good weather. Breakfast is certainly not worth the price and you can really save yourself. Although staff are trying, you can not stop making anything against the management decisions that have been taken there. We also had the happiness of having a building site just in front of our room, which we were not previously informed about. Our recommendation: Go to one of the surrounding villages and stay there in hotels/hostings/etc. , because there we have recovered much better and the food is much better!

The parking lot is right in front of the hotel. Parent-child trip, with a baby, just entered the hotel room, the hotel attendant immediately delivered a crib, intimate baby diapers and diaper buckets that can swim. There are several independent swimming pools and water slides, and the children have a great time. I think a wave pool is quite interesting. recommend

The location was not far from the airport, and it was a very good location to use public transportation by upright in front of the train station. The direct bus from the bus stop right next to the train station to the airport was also very convenient. Room cleaning is neat every day without any work, reception staff are very friendly. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away, and the surrounding restaurants are also easy to access. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Bavaria.

I'm happy to come to the hotel. I've been here three times and also know other hotels in the chain. Corona makes everything different, not easier. The young lady at the reception was super friendly and competent. I went up my room and empty my pocket. Everything I wanted to put this on the closet, it was just sneachta in thick dust flocks. I was surprised, but that was not all. Light switches, bars, soap donors and and and, everything was crazy. The board over the TV was loose over the same, only a few lamps in the bathroom did their service. I photographed all this and showed e next morning he was the same young lady he was there in the evening. I'm sure. She promised to continue it. The crack I advertised was gone in the evening, because where I didn't explicitly mention it, nothing. The board was still over the TV. Later I went it again out my dog, the same lady was there. Very spacious and clean rooms. They had an espresso machine in every room with two complementary capsules per day. The breakfast had typical German sausages, scrambled eggs and other hot choices. There was also cold breakfast and sweets. The staff was very friendly. The establishment had also a very cozy room where you could have a beer at the end of the day. Parsdorf is no more than 20mins form Munich by car. So, the location is ideal when traveling by car. A very quiet location too. There was a very fast internet connection too. The parking place was a little bit small. In case it was full, there was a secondary place to park the car. That was not very comfortable for us because we had equipment to carry to our minivan.
