Walsall (M6, J10)

Hotel was pretty good, the hall carpet was stained badly in one place. I was disappointed that when I asked if I could check in early I was told it would cost an additional £10; I felt that if a room was available that I shouldn't have to pay extra for it.

If you have accessibility issues this is a good hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I was very impressed. There's also a Beefeater inn just a short way away that can be accessed on foot/via wheelchair, from the hotel. If I have any worries, it would be about some aspects of the room. The hand rail for the toilet needed tightening up as it was quite rickety. The soap dispenser in the shower got stuck and it was really hard to get soap out And, lastly, the bed was really low, meaning I struggled considerably getting in and, especially, getting out. For an accessible room, I thought this could have been a little easier. There were several doors to get through, but help was given with these. Overall, I felt it was really good value for money. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for a business trip back in January. A great stay as always, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast from the restaurant next door. Clean room - excellent standard. Really happy with my stay, excellent service!Thank you for your hospitality

Courtney was courteous and welcoming and the service was extremely efficient - I felt that the hotel was going to be very enjoyable - good guidance was offered and the room was quiet and where I wanted it - hotel is also very central and thoughtfully designed

Friendly helpful staff could not fault the hospitality well done Premier Inn.. we were welcomed by friendly staff who were very polite and and answered all of our questions and concerns about the area also they were helpful in informing of us of the importance to book restaurant etc because it gets busy.

WiFi is a essential these days The stay becomes boring and fir kids with tablets it’s worse, I raised the complaint I was offered the unlimited but that wouldn’t work either because WiFi was down .. disappointed as reason for booking was they offer free WiFi

I slept really well and the food at the beefeater was great. It was a good price too.I couldn’t hear any traffic (big thing for me). The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I liked the bath/shower too

As usual, the room was comfortably the same and the bed more than comfortable. Our main concern was the long time it took the toilet tank to fill up after flushing. Well, for number 1 that's not too bad, if if both of you want to go for a number 2, that's more problematic. We reported the fault and were told that someone would be round to fix it but the reception had no idea when. Apart from that, al when well.
