Excellent hotel facilities and friendly staff.
Downside was uncomfortable bed settee for our 12 year old son, hard pillows, windows you couldn’t open fully and automated check in system.

Had a great stay at this hotel would definitely recommend bar manager and staff amazing breakfast staff smiley and cheerful a defo for a good start to your day. Would definitely stay again

After using this hotel many times, I can honestly say the staff, facilities and location are ideal. Over the years, I have stayed here and nothing has ever been a problem. Whether it's a change to a booking, a new booking or a general enquiry about a stay the staff are super welcoming and always greet you with a smile.

I went to the pool for the first time with my daughter due to purchasing some passes through Wowcher and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Julie on reception. We will definitely be going again soon.

I was given a disabled access room so the sink is a lot lower (which wasn’t a problem). The bath/shower however , is very difficult to use as the hand rails restrict space to move. I seriously doubt that a wheelchair user would be able to get into the bath because of the shower screen.
