The room is relatively clean and hygienic. Close to the highway but very quiet. Breakfast is relatively rich. Front desk service has poor communication awareness.

Room is spacious and comfortable, except there is no hook or bar anywhere for towels & clothing in the bathroom. Checked in for 6 days before extending it to 7 days. Room service was pathetic. We decided all we need was a single bathroom clean & garbage removal half way through our week, placed our request with front desk, removed the "do not disturb" sign on our way out on the day, left written instruction inside. Sound simple enough? First time, we came back in the evening to see no room service had been done. Repeat the process next day. In addition, on our way out, we spoke with the room service supervisor on the floor (who said we were not on their work list but had put us in). When we returned in the evening, the garbage bin had been emptied, but garbage & bottle next to the bin remained. On the 6th day, we got repeated rapping on the door, telling us it was time to vacate.

We booked a three night stay in January 2024, taking advantage of a discount available if we paid in full in advance. At check-in, we had to spend ten minutes while the clerk struggled to cancel an additional charge on our account Hilton the put a $150 pending hold on incidentals -- no problem with that. But then a second larger pending charge appeared on our bill after we had been there one night. Another visit to the desk led to reassurances that this charge would disappear. It never did. When we checked out we were reassured again that the pending charge would disappear. It did, but the was replaced by two actual charges (no longer pending) that constituted charging us for our stay a second time. This is not yet resolved. I have to get on the phone with Hilton and see if are able to settle the matter. I have no interest in staying at a hotel that takes this much of my time to resolve their inability to keep bills straight. Everyone we have talked to has been friendly and apologetic that Hilton's "new system" has bugs. But if they want me to do system test on their buggy system, they should pay me for their time

This was one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. I asked to be moved i asked for compensation, nothing offered. I will not book with them again.

Embarrassed me in front of my daughter and made her cry. I made a reservation the night before I was arriving. I was traveling with my daughter to explore colleges in the nearby area. At 5:00 p.m., 17 hours after I made the reservation, and after traveling 200 miles, and just 5 minutes from a phone call from the assistant manager, I believe her name is Isabella. She told me that my reservation is canceled. I said that I have a confirmation which was given to me seconds after I made the reservation the night before. She told me that I was on a do not rent list. I was very puzzled because I hadn't been there in over a year and it was for one night. I had no idea why I would be on such a list. I asked her to tell me why I was on that list and she said that she would not. I told her that I traveled 200 miles and she did not care. I've attached a copy of the confirmation and the cancellation. This was an absolutely terrible thing to do. Why couldn't they just not accept my reservation? Why did they wait till 5:00 p.m. at night? I made the reservation directly with the hotel at the front desk over the phone. This was a disgusting thing to do to someone traveling with their daughter. Please boycott this hotel. They should not get away with this.
