Hyatt House Boston Waltham Reviews

This type of suite room at Hyatt House seems to be quite rare in Waltham. This space is very comfortable and convenient to live in. The hotel provides free breakfast, but if you are not satisfied, you can also buy your own food and cook breakfast in the kitchen in the room. The front desk is also very nice.

Booked two nights, but the check-in experience was not good. Thanks to Ctrip for its active coordination, I canceled the second night and stayed in another hotel. It was very good and I was very satisfied with Ctrip's service, speed in handling things and timely response!

Breakfast was an American buffet with a parking lot view. It was 15 minutes from Boston and was clean and nice. I will visit again next time I go to Boston.

Very satisfied, the room is large and there are doors separating the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Like a one-bedroom house, the kitchen is fully equipped, the breakfast is delicious, and the service staff are very dedicated. The hotel is located in a park with many hotels nearby and many high-tech companies. Among supermarkets, the market basket is the closest and the best place to visit. There are Trade Joe's and CVS a few kilometers away, as well as a Costco membership store. Very quiet, very similar to Boston's temperament. Would love to stay again. Good hygiene and had a very pleasant time.

The room is clean, the hotel service is good, enthusiastic and patient.

It's average, and the overall experience is good.

This is a wonderful property, 20 miles or so from Boston. We were there for Berklee College of Music Open House. We will stay here for sure whenever we visit our son.

A very nice hotel. What’s the important factor staying at a hotel? Cleanliness above all else. And it was spotless. I love a staff that takes pride in their work.

I booked a suite. It had 2 beds and a pull out couch….all crammed in a tiny room. It wasn’t a suite. We stuffed 6 people in there uncomfortably

The hotel is quite nice, small but comfortable rooms. However, you can hear A LOT at night, which means you don’t always get a full night’s rest. Staff is friendly and helpful, which is nice. Not a lot of dining options in the vicinity, so expect to drive or order delivery.

When we arrived, our reserved double room was out of order. But they were able to provide us with two suites for the same price. It was a good way to feel safe in a place where we did not have were to go. Also, the hotel was clean and our rooms smelled fresh.

We arrived at 4, an hour after check in and they had no clean rooms available. We had to leave for our event and couldn’t wait for a room to become available. After our event when we came back to the hotel they had trouble finding a room for us. The first one they gave us was not the type we reserved and had not been cleaned. It has trash and dirty towels all over it. The second one was the right room but did have some issues of broken items and not very clean.

I enjoyed a relaxing time at the hotel. If I needed anything, the staff were quick to respond.

Was very nice and clean. Got a free upgrade to a king suite much was spacious and came with a lot of amenities. Would return.
