I am 100% sure that I lost my wedding diamond ring in the hotel. I took it off when I went to bed at night. After many attempts to communicate with the hotel, they kept saying that they could not find it. Anyway, I had no choice but to return it. I don't think they must have taken it, but I still hope that the hotel can actively help find it.
The service attitude was average. We brought a child to stay, but we really didn't know whether we could bring it with us. Moreover, there was no room available, so we thought we could just go to the store to pay for the child. But the staff felt that we were trying to save money and were being dishonest...
